De woonkamer heeft een prachtig glazen dak dat zorgt voor een mooie licht inval. -Keuken voorzien van combi oven, vaatwasser, Koelkast, inductie kookplaat en oven. De 1e slaapkamer bevind zich op de begane grond naast de badkamer. De 2e slaapkamer is met een kort trapje te bereiken op de 1e verdieping

Onze oude boerderij heeft een grote stal waarvan de achterzijde is omgebouwd tot gastenverblijf en waarin u kunt genieten van de rust, ruimte en natuur wat direct een heerlijk vakantie gevoel zal geven. Er kan gebruik gemaakt worden van een ruime patio die op het zuiden ligt met prachtig uitzicht, tafeltennistafel en vuurkorf. Spot roofvogels als buizerds tot aan reeën en vlinders en kom helemaal tot rust.

De Boomgaard (The Orchard) is in the walled garden of an 18th-century house on the legendary Vecht River, where Dutch country life was born. The b&b is a complete cottage of great charm and comfort. Guests have their own entrance, with free parking a few steps from the door. They have their own entirely private bathroom and kitchen.

It is a quiet street next to the vibrant 'Lombok' area. This makes it the ideal place to stay and discover Utrecht by foot. Out of respect for the neighbours parties are not allowed. Amsterdam can easily visit by train. This only takes you a 10 min walk and 25min train to Amsterdam Central station !
