Monthly Rentals in Biltmore Village, Asheville

This was hands down the most taken care of and comfortable I've ever felt at an airbnb. If it's available, go book it and then come back to finish reading. The property is romance movie level charming (landscaping, fairy gardens, canopy trees, flowers everywhere). So private and safe. It's in the heart of Kenilworth which has exits out each corner depending on where you need to go, it was unbelievably convenient to get anywhere. Short walk to a nice park. The space was as comfortable as my own home, which is hard to do. It had everything, every time I needed it. Multiple coffee making methods, soft linens, spare water bottles, high end finishes and furnishings, a skylight with automatic shade, dimmers on the lights with lots of different lighting, a hot shower, the list of comforts never ended. Stephanie was the most gracious host, we enjoyed our time with her and didn't want it to end. My daughter played with her dogs often & loved them. I'm out of characters to keep gushing...

Randy was a great welcoming host, and with the surrounding garden and decorations the Acorn was a welcome retreat for the week!

Samuel's place was perfect for our needs! He was prompt to respond & very accommodating of our last minute request when our flight was delayed. The apt was very comfortable -- thank you so much!

We stayed here for 3 months. Amazing private and peaceful location. great host. Always responsive. If ever we are in Asheville we will first check if the studio is available. Has all the amenities to stay for long term.
