Located 5 minutes from Genlis (supermarkets, pharmacies, etc.), 25 minutes (car) or 11 minutes (train) from the center of Dijon and the Cité de la Gastronomie, 30 minutes from Dole and the caves of Bèze for adventure enthusiasts, 10 km from the A39 motorway, 16 km from the A31 and 15 minutes from the beach of Arc-sur-Tille.

Ideally placed between north/south, close to exit 5 of the A39 (Soirans), quiet, 20 minutes from Dijon, you will be welcome at the gite of the 3 rivers in Burgundy. Ideal for business trips, north/south stops or tourist stays. My 65 m2 gite can accommodate 4 adults and 1 baby; on the ground floor there is the kitchen, living room, bathroom, toilet. On the 1st floor, a beautiful room for 4 people that can be separated into 2 spaces. Terrace, private parking and garden. Well-behaved dogs are allowed.

Our 33m² newly-renovated place has air conditioning and is a short walk from charming, historic downtown Dijon. In a separate small building behind our house, you’ll have your own living room/kitchen, separate bedroom, and bathroom. There's free public on-street parking in front of the house. You'll be right next to the Palais des Congrès and the Auditorium, and a short tram ride to the train station, university, and hospital. Nearby supermarkets and other shops. Nous parlons également français.

Beire-le-Châtel is a small peaceful village in the countryside by a river, located northeast of Dijon. It has a rich historical past as well as landscapes of plains and forests, suitable for walks. It is located 22 km from the center of Dijon, capital of the Dukes of Burgundy and city of art and history, but also from the Wine Route and the city of Beaune. Let's not forget Bèze, 5 minutes away, with its underground cave which is one of the most beautiful villages in France.

You have a 40 m² night and living area also independent of the relaxation area. La Dolce Vita awaits you!

This former bakery and its vaulted cellar, which in its time served as a workshop for the craftsman, now welcomes you in a luxurious loft refurbished for a stay in the wine and gastronomic capital of Burgundy. Its central location in the city, close to restaurants, monuments and public transport is dedicated to rest and relaxation.

I wanted it to be warm and comfortable so that my guests could spend relaxing and rejuvenating moments there. To create a true wellness experience, a spa is available on the terrace as well as a home cinema in the living room. I also offer breakfast as well as appetizer boards and a selection of local drinks and wines.

Outbuildings will allow you to store your bikes safely and securely. This cottage has been awarded the "Vignobles & Découvertes" label. It is perfectly insulated to accommodate you comfortably in SUMMER and WINTER.
