Great location. Akshay & his team very cooperative & Friendly. Food served was tasty. Behaviour of persons working there was very nice. Surrounding areas covered with fruit trees. Enjoyed stay there. I recommend the same.

A great place. Just what we wanted. The cottage - is not very old. Yet it is built in local fashion with local materials but with all modern 'living amenities' as listed. In keeping with the mountain terrain it is built at 'levels. 'Full of knick knacks, a fire place & so on.... All this gives it a very cosy , yet rustic feel, very authentic & lovable. The cottage does not have a 'living room', but that is compensated by the large verandah overlooking the property. Grand views all day. the owners were present in their other house on the property. Very friendly yet not intrusive. One does not expect such help full caretakers in a airbnb. The caretaker cum househelp cum handyman Mr. Bobby Singh who is on hand 24/7 is a gem. he cleans, cooks, advises(if asked). Plus there is Mr. Anand Singh who takes care of the 'grounds' of the property, who helps in procuring groceries & stuff. Two people to help !!! Almost like a serviced resort . I stayed at Sukoon3 for 4 nights. The cottage is located in a dense, minimally disturbed wooded slope. It is charming, rustic, minimalistic, secluded and thoughtfully appointed to take care of basic requirements. The power loves to play hide and seek, and no backup is available. Cellular network and wifi ( 15 mbps) are decent. Sukoon indeed, as there is absolutely no construction noise, and vehicular noises are minimal and distant. The time moves st 0.25x speed here. One can while away the time feasting on wild berries and watching a great variety of birds. The cacophonic orchestra of Laughing Thrushes is my favourite. The access to this place can be challenging to those with problems in hiking, and can be tricky for others when it rains. Navigation can be a problem too, as the path keeps forking with no signages directing towards Sukoon. Pls check with Dr Sushil, a very responsive host, about its suitability to you I strongly suggest you follow every instruction given by host.

Beautiful place. Very peaceful and away from the town noise. Beautiful surroundings and the host is amazing and helpful too. Went out of their way to ensure we could check in without any hassle. 10/10 recommended.
