Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Birkdale

Thank you Rob and Lisa for a brilliant stay at your flat. They were both really responsive and regularly checked in with us to make sure everything was okay. We were a hen group so I was slightly nervous about us being too loud as a group of 11 girls, but we had no issues and were free to have fun when we were at the flat! The only thing I would say is the floors are thin, so we did hear upstairs a lot as they moved around - although Lisa did say we could always ring her if things got too noisy and they would sort. We didn’t need to do that though :) Towels were provided, bed linens were all good, and the flat was really clean. The dining room was a really nice space too! Kitchen amenities were plentiful - there was so much leftover ice in the freezer! There were two rooms with a king bed each, the two sofa beds in the living room and three kings and two singles in the main bedroom. We were all content for the price we paid! Thank you Lisa and Rob!

Excellent base for what we wanted. Lots of local eateries in walking distance, very quiet location as its away from the main road. The rooms are massive for a two bedroom flat. Really helpful instructions on how to get there and really well presented. I would highly recommend and will be staying again myself.

Comfortable stay in a great location - Lytham bars and restaurants are just around the corner - and lots of parking spaces.

What can we say other than what a great find….. well that’s just the start, Deborah was a lovely host, the place was beautiful, spotless and very conveniently located for the beach, town and other local amenities. On top of that we could take our dog……

We had a lovely stay at this property, it’s located in a lovely part of Liverpool and is walking distance to the city centre so it’s a perfect location. The property was clean and had everything we needed. There was an issue with the key to get in and the owners resolved this really quickly for us, would definitely stay at this property again on my next trip to Liverpool.

Can’t fault the place other than the couch has a slight slump in one part of it but doesn’t make that much of a difference and if your not going to be sitting on all of it it or even part of it that much like me then never really mattered. The place itself is a nice private space in a nice private place surrounded by some garden area trees to seperate from road and Liverpool’s iconic Sefton park and lark lane a short walk across the way. Great if looking for a relaxing place to go back and stay.

Very convenient for our needs. The place does exactly what it says on the tin. David makes check in and stay very easy, great communication.

Perfect home close to family we were visiting. Modern & bright throughout, with everything you could want for a short or longer stay. The host even provided laundry detergent for the washer dryer (if you needed to put a load on)

Excellent communication, great instructions on how to find and access. Spotless accommodation with good dog walks close by. Loved all the finishing touches and extras for humans and dogs alike.

We had a fantastic time staying at the townhouse. The house was just what we needed to celebrate my sister's engagement. Plenty of space for 12 of us to stay! The hot tub and garden bar were an extra perk The host was friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay again!

The place is perfect for us to visit family, right size, facilities, and location. It's my go to place now for Liverpool visits. Adele couldn't be more helpful!

Stayed last year and loved it. We weren't disappointed on our return this year, another relaxing and trouble free stay.

We stayed here with some friends to get together for a birthday. We loved the cozy games room and spent our evenings together watching movies all cozied up with blankets. The host was absolutely lovely and her dogs were super cute! It was the perfect quiet break that we needed to enjoy the company of your favourite people. Thank you so much!

Emma & Stephen are very responsive hosts. We (myself, my 80yo mother and my 15yo son) were very impressed with the flat, it was very well presented, extremely clean, spacious and in a great, quiet, convenient and safe location. Having lived in Liverpool for 10 years, I didn’t need any advice of the local amenities. We were there for a few nights to attend a family member’s birthday, so didn’t really spend much time in the flat and didn’t need to use the washing machine, dish washer, microwave, tv etc. I would definitely recommend this property, it was our first experience at staying in an Airbnb, so didn’t really know what to expect but it definitely will not be our last.

My mum & I had a great stay at Sue's- it was a lovely flat to relax in, very peaceful & comfortable. We love the area and enjoyed having vibrant Lark Lane and the park on our doorstep. We had everything we could need, the beds were comfy & the bathrooms very clean, great shower etc. The welcome treats were much appreciated!

Really lovely wee place - gives a really clean vibe as soon as you walk in. Everything you need is there, but it's not at all cluttered for the space there is. Garden was great for the dogs! Only stayed 1 night as passing through on our way further South, but would definitely stay again if making a similar journey. Thanks for a lovely, clean place to stay!

Jason was incredibly responsive. From the first communication to the last he was informative and so helpful. I can't recommend his property enough, very comfortable, had everything we needed and perfectly located. Even had a parking space! If you need a comfortable, centrally located Airbnb in Liverpool with a fabulous host then look no further, you've found it!

We spent 2 nights in this apartment while visiting friends in Blackpool. The apartment is fantastic - spacious and well appointed, with the highlight being the living room which has huge windows looking out over the sea which is approximately 500 metres away. The owner sent us detailed instructions before arrival and we were asked to ring him as soon as we arrived, so that he could go through various features of the apartment with us. Overall, the communication was excellent. We would thoroughly recommend this apartment if you are planning to stay in Blackpool.
