Very quietly located apartment on the edge of the forest in the small district of Altneudorf of the Odenwald town of Schönau in the district of Heidelberg. On 50 sqm we offer a place with cozy warmth due to the included fireplace. The area offers numerous beautiful hiking trails, castles and other excursion destinations, etc. In the summer months (June/July/August/possibly Sept.), our sunken pool (heated by solar - water temperature therefore depends on the hours of sunshine) can be used in the garden.

Das in 2020 fertig gestellte Ferienhaus bietet auf 57qm zwei Schlafzimmer, Wohnzimmer, Küche mit Essbereich, Bad + Regendusche sowie eine finnischen Sauna (50-70 Grad), Holzofen ein Ambiente, das selbst kalte und regnerische Tage behaglich macht. Der Blick aus den bodentiefen Fenstern und von der 40qm Terrasse richtet sich auf das große Aussengelände und lädt zum Entspannen draußen in direktem Kontakt zur Natur ein. Im Herzen von Weinheim begrüßen wir Sie in unserer drei Zimmer Ferienwohnung (75qm). Sie zeichnet sich durch ihre zentrale Lage und ruhige Umgebung aus. Bei uns können Sie nicht nur ihre Ferien, sondern auch ihren Geschäftsaufenthalt genießen. Nach einem ereignisreichen Tag ist unsere Wohnung der ideale Ort , um zu entspannen. Die touristischen Sehenswürdigkeiten, wie der Schlosspark, sowie die Fußgängerzone mit ihren zahlreichen Geschäften und Gaststätten sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar.

Visit us in our newly renovated vacation home on the over 1000 m² property with directly adjacent stream, covered balcony and large garden area! The 50 square meter wooden house is in a quiet location on the outskirts and was awakened from its Sleeping Beauty slumber with a lot of love for detail. Our small retreat has been completely renovated and newly furnished inside and out. Take a break and recharge your batteries with cozy evenings by the fireplace :-)

Come, hike, feel comfortable and relax, recharge your batteries, find peace and feel safe in our ground floor apartment, which we have renovated mindfully. We bought and built the farm 11 years ago, gardening and living here very happy ever since, despite all the tasks that are still waiting. Meanwhile, our daughter Nele's family also lives on the farm. Nele is also always responsive. You will find us on the outskirts of Wald-Erlenbach.

The charming apartment is furnished with great attention to detail and offers our guests a maximum of peace and comfort. A high-quality parquet floor in all living rooms creates a cozy and pleasant atmosphere. Living room, dining room, bedroom and kitchen are kept open and offer a spacious living ambience. The bathroom is fitted with a spa bath. And for our guests who like to cook, our fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired.

This quiet, central accommodation is perfect for short breaks, travelers or commuters. It offers space for up to 3 people. The apartment is well equipped and also has a nice kitchen with a coffee bar. Wifi, Netflix, TV, furniture according to photos are included. There is also a terrace with smoking facilities. Two families of friends had a dream. They wanted to create a vacation home in their homeland, the Odenwald, where guests feel completely comfortable. Thus, two modern, ecological wooden houses were built, which are furnished with a lot of love for detail. They are located right on the edge of the forest and from the terrace you can enjoy a wide view of the Odenwald low mountain range.
