I would like to express my immense gratitude for the very special way I was received during my stay. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed in every detail - the space was impeccable: everything very clean, new, organised and with a delicious smell that already conveys care and affection right at the entrance. Maddy was simply wonderful! Extremely attentive, kind and always available to help with whatever was needed. It is very rare to find hosts so human, that make us truly feel at home, even being far from ours. It was a light, comfortable and welcoming experience, which I definitely want to repeat more often. I'm already counting the days to come back! I recommend it with my eyes closed for those looking for a special place to stay. Thank you very much, Maddy, for everything!

Stayed here for 10 days while working an event in the city. initially the actual accommodation was switched to another one due to booking issues, but the alternative was just as good, all basic necessities and great location as it is a short walk from the city centre. Very comfy and nice spacious bedrooms

Excellent place to stay. Truly a home away from home. You have everything u need and could ask for. I needed to do laundry and Robert went all the way out to get me some laundry pods for me. Truly appreciate his proactiveness in ensuring we get settled down comfortably. The kitchen is very well equipped and we even managed to bake yummy chicken wings in his oven. Toilet has everything including toothpaste, shampoo, body wash and conditioner. Smart TV is big and easy to use. Robert recommended some eateries that are really good. We enjoyed the Italian restaurant very much! Thanks Robert. Will come back if we can!

Great listing, suited us really well. Location was great for us close to the event venue but also accessible to city centre through public transport and driving. Close to an Asda as-well for last minute shop.

Lovely place to stay. clean and tidy we felt right at home

I had a very comfortable 5 day stay with my primary age children and dogs whilst we visited family over new years. The house was fully equipped, quiet and comfortable, it was like a home from home. Great that it had desks in the bedrooms too and it had good wifi. Loved the nearby nature reserve for our dogs.

Emma and Johnathan were so helpful, nothing was too much trouble and are genuinely lovely people. We booked the house for a small family gathering and we had the best time and took some beautiful photographs in the gardens that created lasting memories.

Na was a super host! The property is located in a very nice and quiet residential area. What you see on the listing is exactly how the property looks. Very clean and spacious. We even wanted to extend our stay. We will surely be back again, this now our go to place when we visiting Birmingham. Thank you Na for accommodating all our needs.

We were a bit hesitant to book as there weren’t many reviews, but we’re SO glad we did! The home was spotless, cosy, and felt like a true home away from home. The kitchen was perfectly organised and labelled, making everything easy. The rooms were comfortable, the garden had plenty of space for our kids to play, and the jacuzzi was such a treat for relaxing evenings. Communication with the host was smooth and helpful from start to finish. Honestly, this was one of our best family stays, and we’re already planning to book again. Highly recommend!

The house was warm and cosy, ideal for a family holiday. We were close to our family. We were close to a supermarket, so groceries were easily accessed. Plenty of restaurants and takeaways are available. Comfortable house and surroundings

Bill's place is a perfect place to stay for exploring Digbeth and the city centre. A short 5 minute walk down the road to the open markets and bull ring. A lovely, cosy flat, heating was on and it was clean. The thing it doesn't show on the photos is that you get a private balcony which we loved! Definitely worth the price as we stayed for 3 nights. Would definitely stay again! Thanks again, Bill!

This room have just got the new Wi-Fi. And it’s located in the city central. It took you just a few steps to the new street station. It is very convenient 👍👍👍

I stayed here for my short duration in Birmingham and thoroughly enjoyed it. However it being on a main road may be a problem for some guests, so keep that in mind when booking. Other than that, had no issues staying here, and would do so again.

Nice and central apartment. Great communication from Sharon. Easy to check in and out. Nice with a balcony facing the main street.

Vaughn made me feel right at home, was responsive and helpful. I highly recommend this place if you are travelling for Birmingham University - it’s walkable distance. I felted welcomed and cared for. We had some good talks too!
