Our comfortable house lies in a peaceful traditional village, a fifteen minute drive from the beautiful beaches of western Sardinia. The roof terrace has wonderful views of the village, mountains, and the sunset over the Mediterranean. Experience good food, wine-tasting, fishing, ancient Nuraghic culture, crafts, yoga, golf, surfing or anything else you wish. We will help you arrange it. Ghilarza is located in the heart of Sardinia, near the main road that goes from the north to the south of the island, it’s an ideal starting point to discover the region and its traditions.

Casa Melograno

Casa Melograno is a three-story house with a charming small garden. The ground floor features a spacious kitchen, while the first floor includes a living room (which can also serve as a bedroom) and a bathroom. The bedroom on the second floor is accessible by a ladder. Casa Melograno has been tastefully renovated by us. Please note, it is not suitable for young children under 6 years old due to the lack of a banister on the stairs and the ladder leading to the top-floor bedroom.

The small house of Via Pia is a small historic house from 1880, typically built with local stone: the black basalt of the Abbasanta plateau. "Little house," because everything looks small... the small windows, the bread oven, the yard. Cozy nest with bath, kitchenette and lake view. This room is part of a bigger guesthouse, but has independent access. In certain seasons the sauna and the yoga shala across the street will be open and available with extra costs. The street side access is easy. You probably will want to rent a car to explore the surroundings. The village has a few little shops and the supermarket is 6 km further. Lots of nature, walking routes and interesting places to visit are around.

Beautiful loft studio with large panoramic veranda. It is the largest of two small adjoining apartments -with a private entrance- of a country house built in 2019, Sa Canistedda. Sa corbe can accommodate a maximum of 4 people. On the ground floor there is the living area and the bathroom; the loft houses the sleeping area. The veranda has a comfortable outdoor shower and is ideal for outdoor lunches and dinners. The garden and play area can be shared.
