What a great place with a great view!

This is our second time staying at this property and we have already booked it again for next year. For us, you can't beat the location, which is very close to downtown but far enough to feel more neighborhood like and peaceful. The townhouse concept is great especially if you have a pet.

I took my teenage girls here for our summer vacation. The location was perfect. The condo and pool was exactly as pictured. The beach is walking distance. My girls lived there lights (in their words “it was an entire vibe”). Joe and Cindy were super responsive to the questions I had. I highly recommend!!

This place is great. 27th floor great views, very clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Around 1000 Sq feet of living space. It was my wife and 4 year old and we had plenty of space. Look forward to staying again the hotel gym, pools, beach and vibe is first class.

We had a wonderful stay. The condo was very comfortable and has beautiful ocean views! The hotel pools and beach club were great and had excellent service. Our host was very helpful and responsive. We look forward to staying there again!

From the moment we checked in it was a great experience. The building was clean and felt secure with consistent security on premise and added security with wristband access to go to correct floor. The beach service was great as well. All of the employees were fantastic. The unit was spotless and the views were breath taking. I would stay again in this unit again in a heartbeat.

We stayed for 3 nights. check in was easy, front desk very professional and comfortable with airbnb guests. Easy to use the pool area the gym and all of the things the building offers. the apartmant has an amazing wiew and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. place was clean our host Martha was fantastic with super quick straight forward responses. We recommend this unit. Hope we able to go back soon. Thank you.

We had a wonderful stay! The place was very clean and comfortable! The bed was great. The service at the hotel was excellent. The view was beautiful and the beach was very easy to access. Lots to do at the resort and around town.

Quick trip for us & such a fun weekend! The room was delightful, upon arrival we were met in the lobby w/cocktails & escorted to our room! (Fancy!) Dinner on site was delicious, short walk away from Oliver’s (incredible everything), pool & service was on point, even made it to the ocean (longer walk but so nice). Coffee in the room, fridge, lots of towels; quick response from the host when I had questions. Just overall a 15/10!! Had an amazing weekend!!

Our host was sensational, very responsive. The condo was absolutely beautiful, exactly as described great ocean view. We’re coming back for Thanksgiving. That’s how much we loved it. Thank you again for being such a wonderful host five stars.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo! The space was clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The beautiful ocean view from the spacious balcony was a highlight, and the location couldn't have been better - perfect for easy access to everything nearby. I just returned from an unforgettable trip to Miami, and I have to say, the place I stayed in was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment I arrived, I knew this apartment was something special. The panoramic views were absolutely breathtaking, offering an unobstructed view of both the ocean and the city skyline. Waking up every morning to that incredible sunrise over the water was truly magical. The apartment itself was a perfect blend of style and comfort. It was spacious, modern, and filled with light, thanks to its floor-to-ceiling windows. The interior was beautifully designed, with every detail carefully thought out to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it a joy to prepare meals while enjoying the view. The living room was cozy yet luxurious, and I spent hours just relaxing, taking in the incredible surroundings. The location was perfect too, with easy access to the beach, restaurants, and nightlife.

L'accès direct à la plage est l'atout majeur de cet appartement. C'est exceptionnel de pouvoir partir se baigner directement sur cette magnifique plage de Miami beach, pour un prix raisonnable. L'appartement mériterait un rafraîchissement (salle de bain du haut ) , l'ascenseur est bruyant... mais ces petits bémols sont compensés par la situation géographique. L'hôte à aussi été très réactif.

The stay was really beautiful in all aspects and the hosts were very accommodating - they generously provided early check-in when requested and late check-out due to a small issue in the unit. They responded very well to the issue and promptly provided a solution. A few pointers for the host: 1. If you prefer guests not to use the white towels for makeup, maybe provide a separate black linen for those guests. 2. We were unaware that we had access to the restaurant and pool at the hotel Lyfe across the street and I think this would be worth mentioning to future guests who may want to check out a pool with a beachfront view. The pool at Hyde is gorgeous as well but if you want a change of scenery it's nice to have another option. 3. The resort fees are worth it but some information regarding beach chair rental and pool hours would be helpful. 4. Double check that the premises are stocked with necessities (trash bags). Otherwise a great stay! Thank you!!

The Alexander was very nice! Beautiful beaches and very nice pools.. Didn’t like the getting stopped every time going to the beach because we had our beach bag with food and drinks!!! It’s not allowed by the pool… The suite was very nice and great view of the beach and town. Only downfall was a few nights we didn’t have any hot water.. So wasn’t able to use the very nice tub as much as I wanted!! Overall it was beautiful and I would definitely stay again!!
