This was a perfect home for us for a short stay in Miami, wanting to stay near to Design District, Wynwood, Downtown and Buena Vista area, so location was perfect. House itself is very peaceful and serene, and felt private and homey. For us with our dogs, having the fenced in yard was also a must, so we appreciated this very much. We visit Miami often, and we would definitely stay here again.

Very cute and clean place! I did not realize it was a shared space, almost like a guest house type deal. Although I do not typically prefer this set up for a stay, it was perfect for what my husband and I needed for the weekend. Great location as well! Good communication with the host.

The home was very clean and welcoming. Flowers were blooming on the trees which made the home and neighborhood beautiful. The location really worked for us since most of our activities were near or in downtown Miami. Many stores, restaurants and highways near by which made things so much easier. Host were responsive and helped us out when needed. Definitely one of the better Airbnbs we’ve stayed at in Miami :)

The property was beautiful and located in a great area with easy access to everything we needed — restaurants, stores, and attractions were all within a reasonable distance. Jay and Anne were absolutely amazing hosts. Their communication was top-tier and they went above and beyond to accommodate me and my guests. Any questions I had were answered quickly and clearly, which made our stay even smoother. I’d definitely stay here again!

My husband and I stayed here for a week when I traveled to Hollywood, FL for a surgical procedure. Adriana’s place was clean, uncluttered, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Adriana was welcoming and offered help if needed. We were a little late checking out, and she was very kind about it. It was a great experience and the perfect place for my recovery.

This place was spectacular for a large group stay. The rooms are spacious, amenities are plentiful, and it was incredibly comfortable. It was also pristine the second we got there! If you're looking to stay in Miami but not be right in the thick of things, this location was a short drive from the main areas, never being more than 15-30 minutes away. Finally, as a host, Geo was exceptional. He always responded very quickly (often within 30 minutes!) and was helpful in answering any question I had. He was also really proactive in providing us the information we needed. If I am in Miami again and traveling with a large group, I would absolutely stay here again!

5 stars for the host Omar alone. He was very communicative, had clear instructions for checking in, and responded to questions in no less than 5 mins every time. The studio had everything we needed with a beautiful view, a nice balcony, and well stocked with beach things. Also free street parking. The area was very walkable with hundreds of restaurants. We probably tried 15-20 while we were there. We stayed a month and never ran out of things to do. The beach is a 2$ circuit trip away or street parking for around $4/hr with the park mobile app. The studio is in a great location that is walkable to downtown but also easy to get to the beach. We also visited Miami 3 times and Juno Beach and West Palm beach to the north. A few cons to note: currently (April 2025) there is construction right across the street which is noisy during the morning and the day. There is also a school where you can hear schoolchildren throughout the day. In total, easily 5stars and we loved our experience.

Great stay for us and our toddler. Home was clean and exactly as described. Pool fence was definitely a big bonus.

This place was spacious and my family really enjoyed it for my 34th Birthday! We felt like we were own our own little island. It was one thing that we encountered but the management sent somebody out right away. Other than that I really enjoyed the stay.

We couldn't have had a better experience. Claudia & Juan are wonderful hosts, their home is so beautiful, the bed is comfortable, the neighborhood is peaceful, it's perfectly located and surrounded by wonderful restaurants. I can't say enough about this place - they've thought of everything and utilized this small space in such an incredible way. It truly is the best suite in Hollywood! We are so thankful for them welcoming us into their home and for their genuine hospitality. We would absolutely love to stay here again the next time we're in the area!

Avery’s home was an 11/10. If I lived in Miami full time, I’d want her help to stage & furnish my place. Her home was not only stunning (better than photos!) but I felt very safe staying there, as the area is filled with things to do & places to eat. I came for a 2 week work trip and was sad to leave. I felt so much at home & Avery’s communication was impeccable from the beginning. If you can snag this home, do it!! I’ll def be booking again :)

Jordan was probably the best host I've ever had and house exceeded expectations. You can tell that he and his wife put a lot of effort into making it very comfortable. Great for a family trip or a vacation with a small group of friends. The pool and backyard amenities put it over the top for me and my son. The location is great for going to the beach and there are multiple great restaurants nearby. The Rustic Inn is a must if you like crab legs. The Hard Rock resort & casino is probably within walking distance but they have a free parking garage so we drove there to check it out. I-95 is about a 5-minute drive so if you plan on going to Ft. Lauderdale or south to Miami this makes it very easy. I can't say enough great things about this rental. I would definitely recommend to friends and family. If you're planning on staying in Hollywood this is the spot. Thanks for everything Jordan. We will be back.

This home was perfect for our stay in Miami! The neighborhood is peaceful and felt very safe, with easy access to main roads, shops, and restaurants. The house itself was exactly as pictured—clean, spacious, and well-stocked with everything we needed (especially for our night-in). The kitchen had all the essentials, the beds were super comfortable, and the outdoor space was a great bonus for relaxing in the evenings. Yannick was friendly, quick to respond, and made check-in/out a breeze. We had a fantastic experience and would absolutely book again. Highly recommend!

Vincent’s home was just as described—comfortable and well-equipped. The highlight for us was definitely the snack and coffee bar he provided, which made mornings extra special. The kitchen had all the pots and pans we needed to prepare our meals, making it feel just like home. We also enjoyed the games available in the living room, which added a fun touch to our stay. We felt very safe both in the home and the neighborhood, which made our visit even more relaxing. At one point, we accidentally locked ourselves out, but Vincent was incredibly responsive and arrived quickly to help us get back inside. Throughout our stay, anytime we reached out, he was prompt and attentive, which gave us great peace of mind. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend Vincent’s place to anyone visiting the area.

We had a fantastic 5-night stay here with our kids and thoroughly enjoyed our time. The pool and backyard were definite highlights—clean, well-maintained, and ideal for both relaxing and play. The house was spotless, situated in a quiet neighborhood, and had nearly everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. We especially appreciated the large, comfortable beds, spacious closets, color printer, and the very large, high-quality TVs in the living room and two of the bedrooms. We did notice small white square devices on the ceilings in a few rooms and weren’t sure what they were—they are clearly either sensors of some kind or possibly cameras or recording devices? If so, I think it would be helpful to clarify that in the listing to ensure guests feel their privacy is respected and that they are fully informed. The outside feels very secure with lots of cameras and safety measures - but we were very surprised to find what looked like cameras inside the house itself…

Mario and Yoly’s place was exactly as pictured. Everything was clean and location was extremely convenient and close to Hard Rock Stadium. Would definitely book with them again in the future!
