This is a small apartment in a great location. If you are visiting Miami and you want go out to explore and come back just to sleep and shower, then this is the perfect place for you. Chloe is a great hostess, very friendly and responsive. Her welcome videos are very informative and with a charming French accent.

Great stay at the Mango House! The area was incredibly quiet and peaceful—perfect for relaxing. Inside and out, the space felt open and comfortable, with everything we needed for a cozy stay. One of the highlights was the sweet cat who lives outside—super cute! We enjoyed feeding him during our visit. Would definitely recommend this spot for anyone looking for a calm and welcoming place to stay.

I had a great stay at this studio in Miami! The location was perfect—close to everything I needed. The space was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The host was super responsive and made sure I felt welcome and comfortable throughout my stay. I would definitely book again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Hello . Mathew was a Really Great Host !! The place is Better than the pictures !! I got the Rest I Needed and Mathew made Sure I had Everything . It was Very Nicely Decorated and Clean … Did Not see one bug the week I was there .. He Answered All questions Very Fast . I Will Definitely Be Staying here again .. I Live here in Lauderdale and use Airbnb a Lot for a Kinda Staycation to get AWAY from home :-)) !!!! This place was one of the Nicest places yet !! I really did not want to leave , I could Live there and be Very Happy . You won’t be sorry renting from Mathew .. Wish I could give him More than 5 Stars .. I love this house. It was so awesome and amazing. I promise this house I would stay at again. The pool omg… the SMART kitchen was a first for me and I enjoyed it 🤣. This house made my birthday trip to Miami peaceful. Fun. Yall plz get this house when you goin to be in the Miami area. It’s worth it. The bedroom were nice and big. Glam spot in the mater bathroom won it for me

Brunel was very easy to reach, responded quickly and acted proactively, we could always rely on him. The house was a dream. We loved our 2-month stay and would come back immediately!

Beautiful home, very easy to get in touch with the host. The propane tank on the grill was empty and we had a replacement within an hour. The pool and hot tub were great too!

I absolutely enjoyed the stay. Everything was as described, the view was beautiful, the front desk employees were so helpful. The residents there were amazing! I left my lights on one night and they let the office know so they could contact me. A day later I left my phone on top of my car and a resident returned it to the front desk! Honest people living in that building ! Very appreciated and I loveeeed the pool view !

My 2 daughters and I had a wonderful stay at Alican Penthouse. The place was spotless, tastefully decorated, and had all the essentials. The view from the balcony was breathtaking, especially at night. It was a peaceful escape with restaurants, spas, gyms, hot and cold pools on site but still just a 10-minute drive from the restaurants , beaches, clubs, shops and malls. Looking forward to another visit.

While in my stay in the condominium it was nothing short of the photos on the listing. It was clean, well organized, and to top it all off has a great ocean view and of downtown Miami. Has many walkable locations and restaurants in the area as well. Also has great amenities like a gym, pool, and restaurant in the lobby. Would for sure stay here again and recommend it to others as well.

You get whats advertised: a great penthouse appartement on top of the Grand. You can acces the gym and pool and the staff is very friendly. If feels like a hotel, but with the privacy+space of an airbnb- appartement. The communication with the hosts is very good, they even provide you with tips for restaurants and nightlife. 5/5
