You will find a 65 m² flat plus 20 m² terrace, sunny and clean in mediteranean style. Our guests are happy with the full furnished (we prefer natural wood) and fully equipped apartement that is able to serve for up to 4 peoble. We would like to recommend it especially to couples for holidays in Bavaria, Germany or couples with one or two children.

Spacy apartment near the Danube Valley

Our apartment is located in the beautiful village of Niederkappel, up in the heights of the Mühlviertel right behind the Danube Valley between Passau and Linz. Important information for bikers traveling on the Danube cycle path: From the Danube banks (Obermühl) it's a 3km steep, exhausting climb up to Niederkappel. If you are fit enough for that, you are very welcome to stay at our place. The views down onto the Danube will compensate for the efforts.

Unsere liebevoll renovierte und sehr gut ausgestattete 2-Zimmer-Whg. im 2. St. der alten Papiermühle von 1539 bietet Gemütlichkeit und Komfort. Sie ist ca. 55 qm groß, sehr bequem für zwei, es können aber noch zwei weitere Personen gut untergebracht werden.
