This newly modern renovated (2020) and airconditioned mini penthouse (50m2) is on the 7th floor in the center of Netanya (quiet area), near the beach. The apartment can be reached by an elevator(no shabbat elevator) and has his own entrance. The penthouse has a private rooftop terrace (10m2) with sun and sea view. The bathroom has a rain shower. The walking distance to the beach is 5 minutes and 10 minutes from the kikar ha'atsmaut. Supermarkets, bus station and mall are within walking distance.

Beautiful green garden. ART . Good location .

In a magical big garden full of fruit trees and herbs. Home to my parents, artists that will happily show their wonderful work and studios. A perfect location for private car or public transport, 15 min walk from Pardes Hana Train Station (40 min from Tel aviv). 10 min lovely walk through woods to city center. 15 min drive to the beautiful nature around and historical sites (Cesarea ruins and Aqueduct beach, the hills and stream of Amikam and Mount Carmel) Plenty of fun things to do around.

**אין מקלט (או ממ"ד) בבניין** דירת חדר מרווחת במיקום מושלם במרכז העיר עם גישה נוחה לכל מקום - תחנת האוטובוסים המרכזית במרחק 2 דקות, רחוב הרצל, ככר העצמאות, שוק העיר, קניון השרון וחופי הים של נתניה - כולם במרחק הליכה, וגם כל הרחובות המרכזיים (סמילנסקי, שמואל הנציב, הרצל, שדרות בנימין). הדירה מוארת, מרווחות ונעימה מאוד ונמצאת בקומה 2 (אין מעלית). הרחוב שוקק במשך שעות היום, אבל חלונות הדירה לא בחזית ואין רעש. בשעות הערב הרחוב שקט מאוד. חניון מוזל משעה 14.00 נמצא ממול. הדירה מאובזרת בכל מה שצריך :)

This is an enchanting guesthouse, well sized and furnished, located in the heart of the lovely Sharon region, just a few Kilometers from the mediterranean sea. Staying in the apartment was perfect in all terms of this definition. I want to cover 2 points: 1. Very hospitable owners. At the start we were met with the cleanliness and the fridge that was full of fruits and vegetables. Owners were responsive and always willing to help in all appeared questions. We are very grateful for this. 2. Comfort and cleanliness. We want to underline again that everything was clean and on places. The apartment is sunny and really comfortable for staying there for weeks. Moreover, the house located in private area with personal backyard that create calm and relaxing atmosphere for having a rest and recharging. Also , there is a very nice balcony which is perfect for morning cup of coffee.

Beautiful house in a quiet village (moshav) walking distance to one of the most beautiful beaches in Israel. Yael was a great host-the house was clear and very comfortable for a family of five. Great outdoor spaces to chill out or eat a meal. It’s also a good location to explore along the coast of Israel for day trips-close to Caesarea, Tel Aviv, Netanya, Haifa. Thanks for the great stay!

הדירה ממוקמת ליד הים, נוח להגיע אליה והחניה מתבססת על מקום פנוי ברחוב. הכינו לנו את הדירה מוקדם יותר מהשעה המקורית של הצ'ק אין וניתנו הוראות וסרטונים ברורים איך להגיע לדירה למפתח. הדירה מאוד מנימלית בגודלה אבל יש בה כל מה שצריך!! מקרר קטן, כירה, כלי מטבח, שירותים מקחלת, מיטה וטלוויזיה. מאד נהנו! תודה!!

הבית היה מהמם, אפילו יותר יפה מבתמונות. מתאים לזוג. זו דירת מרתף אבל אין הרגשה חנוקה בכלל ולגמרי מרגיש נעים ונוח לשהות שם גם מעבר לסופש אחד. מטבח מאובזר ויש כל מה שצריך לשהייה ממושכת. בעלי הדירה היו חמים וחברותיים מאוד ותמיד היו זמינים ונעימים. בהחלט נחזור לבקר שם שוב!
