Close to nature and relaxing – right next to the Eifel National Park. The tiny house is located above Lake Roer. Hiking trails are right in front of the house. Walks in the snow and the cozy warmth in the cottage provide relaxation & coziness. In summer, the lake with beach invites you to swim & do water sports. There is no direct lake view (trees in front), but the wonderful viewpoint 'Zur Schönen Aussicht' can be reached in two minutes (100 m), where you can watch the stars undisturbed at night.

Due to the open living concept, you have a fabulous view of nature from everywhere, only the bathroom with shower and toilet is separated by a door. From the living room/bedroom you enter the terrace. Rursee, Hohe Venn and Monschau. Price includes 5% Eifel overnight stay fee.

WE ARE LOCATED 1.3 KM FROM THE RACETRACK, RACES GENERATE NOISE THAT CAN EXCEED 118 db FROM APRIL TO NOVEMBER.
