Villa was built in 2021 and is located in one of the most peaceful parts of continental Croatia. Rustically modern architecture, glass fronts protruding from the house and a balcony on the second floor of the villa create an extraordinary width with a beautiful view of nature and the view extends all the way to hill Ivanšćica and Kalnik.

Okružena brežuljcima, vinogradima, livadama i šumarcima. Uređena okučnica ville iznosi 5000m2. U sklopu vile nalazi se grijani bazen površine 50 m2 sa sunčalištem i Jacuzzijem. Gosti imaju pristup dječjem igralištu kao i opremi za roštilj s vanjskom blagovaonicom što ovo mjesto čini savršenim mjestom za obiteljski odmor i razonodu.

Country style this centuries-old cottage, was restored to offer a pleasant stay to its guests. Studio apartment Lavanda is on the ground floor. In the past it was a wine cellar, so it was built in a space with natural insulation that maintains a pleasant temperature year-round. It consists of a living room with a comfortable sofa, a double double bed, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, and its own bathroom. It has a large terrace open to the gardens.

Each floor can be used separately, to get a feeling of privacy, yet still be in the same space enjoying the stillness of the surrounding nature, or have a pampering time in the pool, sauna and the jacuzzi.

Newly opened city-center studio across the new hospital. On the ground floor of the building shops, bakeries and restaurants nearby. Room with two beds or double bed if needed, modern kitchen, bathroom with toilet, TV internet, air conditioning and parking in front of the building. A folding crib is available for small children who have free accommodation with us.

Barrels by the Lake (all)

Sleep in more-than-century old oak wine barrels, refurbished for a unique glamping experience in tranquil natural surroundings. On your doorstep is a private lake where you can swim, canoe, sun bathe and walk around at your leisure. Pets (male dogs only if neutered) are allowed on request, but the limited size of the barrels precludes large (>20kg) dogs.
