Soludden Eckerö – Sauna with a sunset by the sea

Cozy little cottage with open floor plan, mini kitchen, gas stove, microwave and refrigerator. Two bar stools with the possibility to eat breakfast inside. A small sleeping alcove with a double bed and a separate sauna. There are two terraces, the one in the west has a dining table for 6 people with an incredible view of the open sea and the horizon. There is also an outdoor sink on the east side terrace as well as a gas grill. A dry toilet directly outside the sauna as well as a separate newly-built shower and laundry room as well as a frozen toilet a short distance away.

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful accommodation in a sunny location bordering a nature reserve. At the house's porch, you have a view over a large enclosure with fallow deer. The house also has a sauna and Jacuzzi. 200 meters from the house is a private lake with sauna and jetty as well as access to a boat and fishing. Down by the water there is also a porch under a beautiful oak tree where you can enjoy views as well as good food and drinks. The farm is located at the end of the road, very private with only beautiful nature around.

Lean back and relax in this nice & charming cottage. Approximately 400 meters to the sea bay & a small swimming area. Here, you will enjoy nature, walks & just being. In the summer, there is a barbecue & outdoor furniture on the private balcony. A rowing boat is available to borrow one day on request. There is a 120 cm bed & a sofa bed, drapery for the bedroom. No smoking, no pets due to allergies. Sheets & towels are not included but can be added for 150 SEK per person The house is close to the main house where we live permanently.

The cottage has a newly-built kitchen, bathroom with underfloor heating, washing machine and dryer. Accommodation on Gräddö 15 minutes from Norrtälje! We rent out our nice house located high in the sun from morning till night. There is hot water. The tent is only set up in the summer. The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 living rooms as well as one bathroom and a kitchen. Please let us know how many you are and what you have plans with and during your stay.
