Renovated guesthouse on a small horse farm

Small farmhouse, 45 sqm, 1 bedroom, bathroom with shower & washing machine, and combined kitchen/living area with TV, located on a small horse farm with all amenities. Sheets and towels and some coffee are included. 1.5 km from the E12 in the village with Sweden's second longest birch alley. Close to the nature reserve Brånsjön, the ski slope Middagsberget, 4 km to central Vännäs and 30 km to central Umeå. Buses within walking distance. Animals are on the farm but the farmhouse is hypoallergenic, no animals stay there. Wifi is available.

The cottage is located right next to the magnificent golf course. It is an idyllic and peaceful place where the farm's chickens roam freely. There is a simple kitchenette with cooking facilities, a fridge, a sink, and a unique outdoor shower with hot water and a composting toilet. Use of bed linens and towels and cleaning are included. No pets.
