Holiday rentals with a patio in Black Lake

We really enjoyed our stay at Tyler's place. The location was convenient. We walked to the waterfront (boat and kayaking tours). The neighborhood is comprised of many historic homes and churches, fun just to walk around. Apartment is just off the main drag but quiet. Also very spacious and clean. Kitchen was well fitted out for cooking (grocery store just down the street). Beds were comfortable. We had everything we needed for a great stay!

We usually stay at the hotel this time of year, but because they didn’t have a river view room we decided to book this charming place. So glad we did! We are thinking about booking again next year. Clean, spacious , excellent amenities and terrific view that can’t be beat!

We had a great stay at the loft. It really felt like a home away from home. They provide everything you might need, and even made us delicious banana bread. I would highly recommend anyone to stay here. The house is right downtown and everything is within an easy walk.

Was in the area to pick up my new puppy, and this was the perfect space! Getting into the home was super easy! The place was very clean and conveniently located to every place I needed to go!

Larry was a fantastic host. The space was outstanding, comfortable accommodations in ALL regards. My wife, son and I were passing through Watertown on our way to a wedding and it was the perfect space for R and R. Quiet, cozy, peaceful, and overall a beautifully maintained home. It’s very obvious he cares deeply, not only about his property but also his guests and their needs. Will definitely return if we are in the area again! Thank you Larry!

This was our second time at one of Patrick's properties. Lovely surroundings, well stocked kitchen, immaculately clean. A true cottage experience: we enjoyed sitting by the water, kayaking, and having a campfire.

The stay was fantastic. The atmosphere was unparalled. Kitchen had everything you could ever need. Surroundings were beautiful. Host was responsive and kind. 100% will return.

We had an amazing time at Don and Lindita's place! The hosts welcomed us with a basket of goodies and we felt right at home. We learned that we were the first guests after a recent renovation and the place looked incredible. Very thoughtfully laid out with everything at our fingertips. The hosts were super responsive to any questions we had and made it super easy for us. We had a ladies weekend and we were a group of 8. We had plenty of space for everyone to play board games and hang out when it rained and when it was sunny there was plenty of outdoor activities to do with the available kayaks and canoes. Lots of nature to see in the area too, we stopped by Rock Dunder for a quick hike, which the host recommended and the views were amazing. We would love to come back again!

Really lovely place on the lake. Lots of seating and communication with Alan was very easy. Had a really great time and will definitely be hoping to come back again!

Everything was perfect ! The chalet is beautiful and the view amazing. Riley has been extremely helpful and responsive for everything we needed. His place is well furnished and very tidy which was highly appreciated ! We wouldn't hesitate to recommend and would love to come back.

Fern’s place was perfect for our stay in Brockville! The space is lovely, clean, and very well equipped. The location is very walkable to sights and restaurants downtown and is very close to the river. Overall, a very pleasant stay! Thanks Fern!

kimberly’s house was beyond my expectations and I wish I could have stayed longer, one night was not long enough. It was so peaceful and quiet all afternoon and night, it was the perfect spot to unwind from life. An added bonus was hearing the loons in the morning! I will definitely be booking again and telling all of my friends about this beautiful getaway!

An absolute Gem. We’ll definitely be back. A beautiful lake house, quiet and comfortable, 10 min walk to a local Diner, restaurants, and bar. The host is so friendly and communicative, Overall a great experience.

Sara was a very nice host! Sara made check-in and check-out very easy. We had some trouble connecting to the Wi-Fi, but Sara helped us through all of the trouble shooting and was very easy to communicate with. The place was cozy, clean and comfortable.
