Great location, walkable to basically everywhere. Clean and comfortable space with a nice patio. Greatly enjoyed my stay.

This was our first time in Leavenworth, and I was stunned by the mountains (we just moved from Park City, UT, to WA State). The condo is also in a perfect location, and my morning walk was right out the back door along the river. It was spacious and provided an ideal setting for my daughter to study and for my husband and me to go out on daily hikes! The view off the back deck was stunning, and we spent a fair amount of time there. The Master bedroom overlooks Front Street, and there can be noise when it's busy (aka weekends or summer). Hans sent over a fan as requested, and the white noise addressed that problem. I was a little surprised about the extra pet charge when we checked in. But I likely missed it in previous communication.

This is the perfect place to stay if you're going to be spending time in Leavenworth. It's on the main drag, walkable to all of the restaurants and shops, but is very quiet and private since it's in the back of the building. As others have said, the primary way to get to Front Street is to go up a couple flights of exterior stairs and through the hotel. Your other option is to walk a block down the alley. Just be careful as you enter the alley walking out of the unit as there's a bit of a blind corner there where a driver not paying attention might not see you. Hot top: During Munchen Haus' open hours, you can walk through their alley side entry and right onto Front Street. All-in-all, it's a great value for the price and a very comfortable stay. We would stay again!

We spent a quiet Valentines weekend at Barb and Byron's place and it was wonderful! The cabin is so cozy and exactly as described. Barb was so friendly and helpful when we asked for recommendations for show shoeing in the area as well as listing many other activities and restaurants nearby. We were lucky to get a good dusting of snow while we were there and it was so beautiful. We very much enjoyed our stay and would love to come back and stay again in the summer to see the area during a different season!
