Cabin holiday rentals in Blackwell

The place is right on a heavily used road. When you are out back you cannot hear the traffic but when you are in the living room you can hear a lot of trucks go by. We got use to it after being there for a day or two but just to let people know. Other wise the hot tub was relaxing and enjoyable. We had a little bit of snow so that was pretty too. Was a very homey place and would definitely stay again. We love places where our dogs are welcomed and they enjoyed themselves as well.

Ran out of towels due to the hot tub, but we were able to get more pretty fast. Everyone running the place was great and respectful of our time and privacy there. There's essential spices and dishes to cook. The hot tub was great, the hosts are great, place is great, worth my money for sure.

We booked this cabin for a bachelorette trip with 13 guests, and we have no regrets! Communication was excellent, everyone was comfortable (very comfortable beds and couches, good bathrooms for a large group), and the accommodations were great (campfire, hot tub, and TV alongside plenty of towels, bedding, and travel soaps). The dining table and living room are perfect for large groups. It’s deep enough in the woods to feel secluded while also close enough to the store to grab anything you might need without a hassle. We loved the cabin, and I would happily recommend it to anyone looking for a fun, restful escape with friends and family!

We had a wonderful girl’s weekend at Shelly’s listing! It was cozy and inviting, and we all felt very relaxed and welcome. The pictures did not do this cabin justice! The cabin was beautiful and decorated for the holidays which is always so special! We had to book this listing last minute after we found out hours before check-in of another listing that the host double-booked us. Shelly was very quick to respond when I reached out last minute and saved the day. I’d love to go back with my family and spend the holidays here!

Great place right on the stream

A quiet, beautiful place beside the creek - so lovely and relaxing! Even though it was chilly and raining, we had to take some time to be outside and listen to water flowing by! The house was very clean and the furniture was so comfortable! Courtney is a great host and very helpful and accommodating. We hope we can stay here again when the weather is warmer and sunny!

Cozy cabin in a peaceful setting. We saw three elk in the yard during our stay. A whippoorwill stopped by for a visit each evening. Beds were very comfortable. Hot tub and fire pit were perfect. The location is ideal for access to the valleys that run deeper into the wilderness to the North. This place has exactly what a rental in the PA wilds should have. 10/10 we will book this location again.

A few friends and I got together to do some hiking and stargazing, and thought this would be the perfect place to rest for our mid-size group (7+a baby). Due to weather we only got one hike in, and the sky wasn't clear enough for us to see the stars, but we still had an excellent time at this property!! We especially loved the hot tub, and the patio was fully covered so we could enjoy it in the rain. Plenty of room to spread out, comfy beds, huge tables in the dining room and patio where we played boardgames. Because the weather was lousy we also played a lot of pool, ping pong, and arcade basketball. Big thank you to Landon who was so accommodating and provided a great annual trip for our group even when the heavens wouldn't oblige. 10/10

This was by far one of the best experiences we have had at an Air Bnb! Wendy was so kind and accommodating and even made sure we had a pack and play and high chair on site for our baby! The house was clean, cozy, and we felt right at home. We truly loved everything about our winter vacation in this location! We will be back in the future! Would recommend this to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat away from the chaos with beautiful views!

What a magical experience! John and Olga were so welcoming, and the location is epic. The housing itself was small, sweet, and cozy. The property features much of Olga’s art, which was awesome. And there’s a huge stargazing field right on the property. We saw hundreds of stars, a few shooting stars, and even the northern lights!!! 🌟

Our last-minute stay at Camp Hiddenwell was just what we hoped for - the favorite mountain rental we've ever had! Mark and Missy were the best, most responsive hosts! The location is well off of the main road (no road noise at all) but still easily accessible by any car. There is plenty to do on there, whether watching the local fauna from the deck (bears!), fishing the stocked trout pond (our youngest is now hooked), enjoying a campfire, walking the neighborhood, or using it as a jumping off point for all the other activites there are in the area. (Stargazing, fishing, hiking, XC skiing, etc) The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, and the gas grill inspires confidence (unlike some places with dirty/broken ones); Mark even put out an extra LP cylinder just in case we needed it! It has all the amenities even the less-outdoorsy could want: Cozy couches, wood burning fireplace, Starlink internet, and TVs in every room. Tip: They will turn off the dusk-dawn floodlight if you ask!

Had a great time! The cabin is quiet and peaceful. We had everything we needed for an unplugged quiet trip!

We would absolutely stay here again! Beautiful surroundings, amazing/large deck to enjoy the view and enough beds for everyone!

Awesome host!!!! For my husband’s birthday, I requested surprise decorations ready at the cabin. Benjamin and his team were able to make the cutest arrangement!!!! Also, perfect amount of space for us and really enjoyed the view+ porch. So quiet + relaxing. This location is perfect for a beautiful walk to the Old Antlers Inn. The space is utilized effectively on the inside of the small cabin+ we really enjoyed waking up to the beautiful view :)

Beautiful place to stay and it’s super homey. The best part is the view you get. It’s absolutely stunning and pictures don’t do it justice. I hope to come back someday.

This house was stellar - I would give it 10 stars if I could! We had a couple of questions and Mike was always responsive and even stopped by to make sure we were good. The house was comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed. The porch and fire pit area were huge bonuses, plus being right on the rail trail. It’s very convenient to the state parks, hiking, rafting, and downtown Wellsboro. Couldn’t have asked for anything better and we can’t wait to go back!

We really enjoyed staying here! It was private and quiet and there was plenty of space for our family of 6 plus our dog to spread out. Master bed was so comfortable! We really enjoyed the camping vibes but with additional luxeries so we weren't completely "roughing it." Thank you for a great experience!

Carly is a great host. we booked last minute and she responded to my messages within minutes letting us be flexible on arrival. beautiful location, completely private, a huge stack of burnable pine next to fire pit for the family. river was high so access was limited but beautiful spot. place was clean comfortable had Verizon cell service and fast wifi with several smart TVs and air conditioning. really what we were looking for and more. thanks Carly

It was very clean and neat, felt very homey and calming, and the extra mile that was done with the packet of all the things to do and emergency services and many more extras was a nice touch.

Norman’s cottage was very peaceful. Would absolutely book again. Caught my first small mouth bass in the river. Besides the golfers coming through (across the river is a golf course), there were few and far between issues with noises.

This was our 2nd time staying at Elizabeth's house. She is very accommodating and easy to communicate with. The house & property is exactly as it is described. We felt like it was our home away from home during our stay.

This was a quiet peaceful place just perfect for my and husband and I to stay close to the Pine Creek Rail Trail, creek, and the lookouts. The bed was comfortable and the cabin had all the amenities we needed.
