Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Bland County

The house was cute and comfortable and had everything we needed. It's an old house which adds to the charm in my opinion. The hosts left treats which was a nice touch. I traveled with another adult and two small children, and it worked out fine, I just wished there were curtains in the bedroom with twin beds. The location was convenient for our needs, but the roads are quite steep if you're not used to driving in that area. Be aware that the only bathroom is on the second floor. Kim was very responsive too. Overall, we were happy with our stay and would recommend Kim's place.

The lodge and its hosts are amazing! Our only complaint is that our stay was too short to fully appreciate all that this lodge had to offer! My husband and I and our 8 children (ages 22, 20, 20, 18, 16, 15, 13, and 11) were visiting grandparents in the area. We had a fabulous time hiking the trails, playing poker, having a campfire, playing basketball, fishing in the creek, cooking in the kitchen, visiting with family, and taking in the amazing views. Several of the kids even said that it was good that the place didn't have great cellular service. The house is spacious with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. The kitchen is well stocked for any kind of cooking. We would highly recommend this home and plan to stay again soon!

If you are looking for a place that is not only comfortable, but beautiful this is it! The location is easy to get to, the land surrounding it is absolutely beautiful and Mac is as friendly and as kind as they get! He even let the girls (teens) take pictures on the bridge in the cow pasture. The house had plenty of room and was spotless. We had everything we needed to cook with and the porch is large enough to enjoy conversation while the kids play in the yard. There is an entire patch of wild flowers that is in the front yard that allows for great pictures! The natural streams are safe and clean. I highly recommend! My kids didn't want to leave. The best part is they keep it affordable, unlike alot of rentals. I hope they continue to keep pricing where we can continue to enjoy. We are greatful.

This place is great for a large group it has everything we you could possibly need and a few extras! Definitely worth the price! close to some outlaw trails and spearhead. Andrew quickly responded every time I would message super friendly! Definitely booking again next time we’re back !

Very clean spacious home, accommodated all of us. Everything we need was there. Very modern upscale home. We enjoyed our time. will definitely stay again. Strongly recommend

What a trip back in time, this preserved old home gave us all the feels of grandma/ great grandmas house. The place had a wonderful unique charm with updated technology. Stuff like games and puzzles were provided , thank goodness cause it was raining on our arrival. and the porch and swing were so fun for out girls who wanted to be outside. Would definitely stay again!!

This was a great place to stop for an overnight on our drive to vacation! The house is super clean and our kids loved the cows in the pasture next door. Would recommend for sure!

We had a 15 hour big family road trip and decided to rest for the night instead of drive through rain. Carolina was extremely helpful, thorough in every communication and went above and beyond. With her instructions we knew exactly how to find the place and where to park. When we walked in, we were so impressed we wished we were staying for a week! This is clearly an experienced host who has put efforts in place to accommodate every need and make you feel like you are in a home away from home. Water pressure and temperature were perfect, beds were very comfortable & it's affordably priced! We will definitely keep this place in mind when planning future trips!

We had a lovely stay at Wayne and Rita’s on our recent trip and really enjoyed talking with both of them. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay in this peaceful and beautiful spot again.

Tanya's place was so perfect. I took an hour long walk in the neighborhood after being in the car all day. It was so nice. The bed was very comfortable and the apartment was adorable. Thank you for a great stay
