The smell of wood, a sofa, and a wood stove with a comfortable kitchen make up a fine-tuned whole. It comfortably accommodates 3 adults or 2 adults and 1 child. We built the houses with love, emphasizing minimalist modern design, in harmony with nature. Sitting above a beautiful Šumava valley. Come and enjoy the comfort and tranquility with a wonderful view of the surrounding hills. You can relax in the new Finnish sauna (separate charge).

Small House & Sauna with a View / 30 minutes from Prague

Enjoy your stay in a small, modern house with a breathtaking view of the rocky valley of the Vltava River, located in a forest on a rock, directly above St. Kilian's Island, where one of the first male monasteries in the Czech lands was founded in 999. Sauna and outdoor hot tub are available. There is a dedicated parking space, and the bus stop is a 5-minute walk downhill along a footpath. You can go on many trips in the surrounding area - Vyhlídka Máj, Pikovická jehla, the Slapy reservoir or just a regular walk in the local forest.

The house is set in the middle of very small a piecefull village, it has a small garden closed in a yard so you have complete privacy. Outdoor firepit and open fireplace in an old cozy barn. Friendly neighbors can sell you fresh eggs straight from the hen house:) Nice south bohemian surroundings, forest just upon a hill, lakes, fields and meadows offer many beautiful walks.

The house is fenced.
