Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Bled

We had an unforgettable stay at this beautiful house during Christmas! The setting by the Radovna River was like something out of a holiday postcard, with serene views and a peaceful atmosphere. The house itself was warm (really, it was pre-heated right before our arrival), cozy, and equipped with everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. We decorated the house ourselves for Christmas, and it added such a personal touch to the already lovely space. Spending time by the fireplace and enjoying the cozy atmosphere made our holiday truly special. The kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy to prepare our Christmas meals. Slovenia Estates team (special thanks to Beverley and Helena) was incredibly thoughtful and responsive, ensuring we had everything we needed for a perfect stay. Celebrating Christmas here was a wonderful experience, and we highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful and cozy getaway. We’d love to return in the future!

The view from Maya’s house is amazing…just like the pictures. The house is full of antiques and is so homey and unique. We did the walk around the lake, and you can start right from the house. Maya was an amazing host— so helpful and responsive to all of our questions! If you have a car, I highly recommend this place. It is a just a short drive into town, and is in a very peaceful location. One tip: We came in on a Saturday evening and all grocery stores in the town are closed on Sundays, so just be aware of that. (Restaurants are open though).

Roman and Milena were very gracious and frendly hosts. They had special treats when we arrived and were very informative about the local hikes and restaurants. The location is just magical. So peaceful and beautiful! The cottage is well equipped and spotless! There are even slippers available for guest use! Very thoughtful. We hope to come back sometime for a longer stay. Ana and Luka were very friendly and responsive hosts, and we really enjoyed meeting them. The apartment had everything we needed for a family of four and was just across the street from the beautiful walking path around the lake. Highly recommended for a couple or family who wants a place a little out of the way of the tourist crush, but still close to the action. Thank you for a lovely stay!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful house near Lake Bled. The host met us upon arrival, gave us a warm welcome, and shared recommendations for exploring the area. We also rented electric bikes from him, which was a great way to discover the surroundings. The house itself was very comfortable and well‑equipped — we especially enjoyed the grill, which was a nice addition for making dinner. The host also organized a rafting trip for us, which turned out to be a highlight of our trip. All in all, this was the best accommodation we stayed in during our trip, and we highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. We would love to return!

We have stayed in many fantastic Airbnb’s but none of them come close to this apartment! The pictures do not do it justice. Beautiful view of Lake Bled and surrounding mountains and very close proximity to the lake and train station.

Firstly we would like to say how nice and inviting Bostjan was when we arrived at his home, he gave us a welcome drink or two and sat down with us to tell us all about the area and things to do. When we entered the property it was absolutely spotless, very homely and had everything we needed. Perfect for our young toddler who likes to touch everything so it was great that it wasn’t cluttered and she was free to run around. The location was perfect, it took us around 10 minutes to walk with the pram in the centre, along the way there were plenty of bars, shops, bakery’s and restaurants. The surrounding areas speak for themselves, everywhere is so clean and picturesque! I would highly recommend a stay at Bostjans place if you are looking for comfort, accessibility, privacy and lots to do! Thanks Bostjan and Katarina for being pleasant, attentive hosts! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Wonderful and large space, with exceptionally kind hosts that even offered to pick me up from the Bled-Jezero train station. Check-in and check-out was also very easy. I would definitely stay here again, it is a bargain for the price and amount of space you get, in addition to the peaceful surroundings.

This was a lovely apartment, suitable for two with everything you could need. The excellent shower, loads of hot water and a lovely sitting room. I appreciated the fan and the hairdryer. Simon is really helpful and friendly and his instructions are clear and accurate. I would recommend this place with its fantastic location.

We loved this Airbnb! Mateja was very helpful & responsive about everything, and so sweet. The location was wonderful - quiet, peaceful surroundings and still very easily walkable (~2km) to the middle of the mist popular areas. The outdoor space was a highlight, and there are super convenient restaurants, markets, etc.

We had a great stay! Jerca and Klemen were super friendly and helpful – you felt welcome right away. The location of the accommodation is perfect: quiet, but still close to Lake Bled, which you could easily reach on foot or even faster with the bicycles available. The apartment was very clean and equipped with everything you need – ideal for a relaxing holiday. We would come back anytime and can only recommend the accommodation! 😊👍🏻

We had a nice time at Lucas Guesthouse. The check-in and the communication went very smooth. Luca gave us good tips for our stay near Bled. The atmosphere in the guesthouse was very good and the family of Luca was very helpful and kind. Highly recommended!

Matej's place is well located, at a good distance from the lake and close to the supermarkets and bus stop. The garden and balcony were in our opinion the best parts of the house - we used both quite a lot to have lunch and dinner while enjoying the bright sun and tranquility of Bled. Matej also provides several nice amenities, such as a TV with a lot of shows and channels, baby chair and a washing machine (charged extra), and is always available to help.

Jan is such a responsive and generous host. this amazing apartment had every possible amenity and then some. he has thought of everything and even provided fridge drinks and outlet plug adapters for out of country guests. this location might be one of the best we have had in all of or travels. beautifully updated apartment as well.

We loved our stay at Marusa’s beautiful home. The ideal location for travelling around the Slovenia. Quick drive to Bled, Lake Bohinj and the surrounding areas. 10 minute walk into the beautiful town of Radovljica. Marusa and her family were lovely hosts, very responsive to our messages and made us feel at home. Apartment was very clean and functional. Would recommend to anyone travelling around Slovenia.

We stayed here for just one night, but everything was absolutely perfect. The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. The host was incredibly kind and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed. Even though our stay was short, we felt very welcomed and at home. We would definitely come back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and pleasant stay. Thank you for your hospitality!

The Location was fantastic, walkable and enjoyable. Easy to get anywhere. A few blocks from train station buy enjoyed the walk. However, there is a bus stop just infront. The pizza and Thai food affordable just across the street. Closed to the river, castle and all of that beautiful cafes alongside the river.
