Located in Kolsvik which is a small village on Yxlan. Close to forest and countryside as well as close to sandy beach. Wood-fired sauna and fireplace. Evening sun on the dock until late at night. Older house that has been renovated with access to a fully equipped kitchen and living room. Sea view. Sauna at the jetty with associated shower. There is a toilet in the house. 1 bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room.

Relax in this unique and tranquil guest house on a large lake plot in a south-facing bay. Lillstugan is located 70 meters from the water, close to the main building where the owners spend holidays and weekends, but still secluded with its own patio. The accommodation is newly renovated and tastefully decorated with modern amenities such as a fully-equipped kitchen and a modern bathroom with shower. On the same plot, there is also Sjöstugan, which we rent out via Airbnb and our guests have access to docks, swimming, kayaks, rowing and sailing yachts, etc.

Peacefully located house next to beautiful lake. 50 minutes to Stockholm and Arlanda. To Norrtälje City, it is only 7 minutes. The house is next to our villa but is still private. There is a private dock with a rowing boat you can borrow. Three bedrooms, spacious living room and kitchen as well as shower and toilet. Nice view of the water. Private terrace. Nice walking paths and Roslagsleden goes through the village. When you check out, you are responsible for the condition and cleaning being the same as upon arrival. Bring your own bedclothes.

Our wonderful cottage is known from Astrid Lindgren's iconic TV series Saltkråkan and is suitable for friendgroups, the couple in love or a family with kids. Cottage is located on a large estate, only 10 minutes walk from the ferry stop and 5 min to our private jetty located on the public sandy beach. Enjoy a dinner in the beautiful garden, walks in the forrest and bask in a sauna before the evening dip...
