An absolutely beautiful apartment. As soon as we walked through the door greeted by a heavenly view, we felt like we were in a safe and peaceful little sanctuary. Isabelle was such a friendly and gracious host! Everything was thought of. We had all we needed and more. Isabelle even provided everything our toddler might need from a fold away bath and toys, changing mat, a vest and even a sweet white noise and light star projector (our son loved it!) and more. Everything in this apartment is of the highest quality and super clean. We really loved the tiny village of Chardonne. It was a restful retreat after a busy day down in Vevey. A short and enjoyable stroll from the funi station (we used La Baume upon Isabelle’s helpful recommendation as it was flatter and an easier walk with stroller etc). Our stay here was one of the best parts of our Swiss trip. Thanks again, Isabelle!

Our stay at Marleen's was really all around successful. Even in advance, the communication with her was super friendly and fast – she provided us with many helpful tips about Rubigen and the surrounding area. We felt welcome and comfortable on site. The accommodation was very clean, cozy and lovingly furnished – just like in the pictures, if not even more beautiful! You can tell that Marleen goes to great lengths to make her guests' stay a pleasant one. We highly recommend the place and would come back any time!

Gestures, such as welcome notes in the key box, warm and prompt communication, etc., made us feel very welcome. The directions with photos of the parking spot were very helpful. My partner and I spent an extended weekend in the beautiful accommodation of Irene and Kurt. We felt very comfortable, the surroundings are fantastic and the two hosts are very helpful and always available. The small apartment has everything you need, and the terrace offers plenty of space to relax. We will definitely be back!

Nice apartment (clean and modern inside) with a lake view. I can imagine the fireplace must be nice if going in the winter / after skiing. And the terrace would be very nice in the summer as it’s large and has a nice view. As I happened to be there during off season (early May) and it was raining, I was especially happy to be able to use the sauna just 1 floor below the apt. If you use it, make sure to bring 3-4 one-franc coins (can get some at the store a few houses down on the Main Street), and give it about 40 min on switch option B. Was great for some down time in the mountains!

Our stay was most enjoyable. The house offers all the amenities for a week-long stay. Thirty minutes from the train station, the walk is pleasant. We appreciated the cleanliness of the premises and the modernity of the facilities.

We stayed in a spacious accommodation spread across four floors, featuring one bedroom on the ground floor and another on the second floor. The property is conveniently located just a 1-minute walk from a small train station, making it relatively easy to reach—especially if you're arriving via a larger hub like Montreux. However, it's important to note that while the location is scenic and peaceful, the nearby train station is very small and there are no shops in the immediate vicinity. We arrived late and hadn't realized that basic shopping (e.g., milk, butter, kitchen roll, hand towels for the kitchen) needed to be done in advance or in a larger town. Future guests may want to plan ahead and stock up on essentials before arriving. That said, the mountain views and tranquil setting

Maria and Jean-Marc are very welcoming and very open hosts without being stingy with practical information. The accommodation matches the description of the listing exactly and is very functional. Jean-Marc offered to take us to a site close to their home while showing us his native region. A big thank you to Maria and Jean-Marc for their advice and availability. I look forward to seeing them again if the opportunity arises.

We were there with the family and the grandmother. The house offers enough space for everyone :) The location is awesome; in 2 minutes at the lake (via the meadow). Large terrace with morning sun! We made the trip with public transport. That's possible, the bus runs every hour in both directions. Without luggage, the station can be reached in 20 minutes, with luggage it is more like 30 minutes.

Tastefully decorated, warm and very well-equipped accommodation (many utensils available). Impeccable cleanliness, very comfortable bed. Anthony and Lorane were available and welcoming and recommended restaurants to us. Thanks so much for a very pleasant stay! We would recommend it in a second :)

Found a beautiful, quiet and comfortable house at Lake Leeman, on the border of France and Switzerland, with a warm and responsive host, a great stay, worth every traveler who loves the view!

Sandrine is a great host. Her apartment is very well equipped and perfect for anybody searching a comfortable accomodation close to the town center. i was there to surf in Alaia Bay and her apartment was just logistically perfectly located: only 5 mins drive and you'll be at the surf park. I occupied this place for several months as part of an internship, and frankly, I couldn't have asked for better. Everything was perfect from start to finish. The accommodation itself is great: the bathroom is spacious, the kitchen is super pleasant to use, well equipped and functional, and the living room is very well arranged, bright and cozy. We immediately feel at home there. On the environment side, it's simply idyllic: located a stone's throw from the ponds of Prafirmin, the setting is peaceful and refreshing, with beautiful views of the mountain range. A real breath of fresh air on a daily basis! But what makes the stay even more enjoyable is the owners. Amazing kindness, always available and attentive, they make every effort to make you feel comfortable and do not miss anything. I would recommend this place without a second thought. Whether for an internship, an extended stay or even a vacation, you'll have a great time like me.

A magnificent place to stay for our three week trip to Switzerland, a true home away from home. Our host was very responsive and accommodating with a few special requests for which we were very grateful. Everything was as described but the photos of the view did not do it justice - the views of the lake and mountains from the windows and balcony were incredible! The apartment was extremely clean and very spacious making it comfortable for an extended stay. The location was also perfect in a nice quiet area with a bus at the door and a train 5-10 minutes easy walk away. The Montreux Riviera card (available to collect from Vevey Tourist office with accommodation receipt) gave us free local public transport which was a bonus. Thank you for a wonderful stay - can highly recommend!

Thierry’s place was amazing! Everything was very well prepared and Thierry was very quick to respond to any questions that came up. We had a little trouble finding the place and Thierry came and met us and showed us where to go. Thierry was a fantastic host! The view from the house is so beautiful! Pictures don’t quite capture it. Kitchen was well equipped and showers had great water pressure. The place does not have A/C (which we were aware of) but even with the fans it was still quite warm due to the hot summer temperatures we had during our stay. This is not a complaint, just something to be aware of. We really enjoyed our stay and would absolutely stay here again! Thank you for your hospitality Thierry!

Comfortable apartment and very nice hostess. The studio is well located to discover a region of Switzerland and the village of great archaeological interest.

We just spent a wonderful week in this beautiful apartment. Everything was perfect: top-notch equipment, very quiet environment close to all amenities, exceptional view and welcome from our host. Perfect for 4 people, each with their own bathroom and toilet. If we return to the region, we will not inherit.

Merlin was super helpful both with regards to the loft activities for the surrounding area and always happy to help out in case of extra needs. We had a wonderful stay and would love to come back here.
