Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Bludenz District

This is our second time staying at this great place. The flair is unique and communication worked smoothly, our stay for next year is already booked - I don't need much more than that :)

Beautiful and quiet chalet in top condition. Modern and quietly furnished with everything you need. Everything very high-quality and with personal and regional charm. Everything was also perfectly clean and well organized. We felt very welcome as a family, there were plenty of opportunities for the children to play and for us adults to rest and spend a cozy holiday. Karin and her husband Walter are very nice and accommodating landlords. They were always immediately available as a contact person (although everything was so well prepared that we didn't need it at all). Thank you so much for letting us spend our vacation with you. We had a great week of vacation.

Had a great stay. The cabin and especially the location is even more beautiful than can be seen in the pictures - secluded, in the middle of magnificent alpine scenery, quiet and perfect as a starting point for hikes. Getting there was uncomplicated, but a car should be available. The cabin itself was well equipped, extremely cozy, and reminded us a bit of old times. We felt completely comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped and we would have loved to stay longer. A great stay. Thanks for that!

We were a group of 12 girls who wanted to end their football season. The house was equipped with various Apartments perfectly equipped. The large terrace was great to linger and sit together eating and playing - even in the house there was enough space when it got colder in the evening. The location of the house was very good. Quick access to the train and village. We can also warmly recommend the Heuboda in the village. Communication with Mario and his team was impeccable, all questions were answered and short-term changes were addressed. We felt very comfortable. Thank you very much for that!

The Maisäß is really very great and lonely in the middle of nature. In the cottage, you immediately feel very comfortable and cozy. Everything is super well maintained and tidy. The equipment is very good and in the kitchen you can find everything you need for self-catering. For the enjoyment of nature outdoors, there are beautiful seating furniture and a rustic bench. The Maisäß is an ideal starting point for hikes on the Golm. The Matschitz middle station is about 20 minutes away on foot. We did without the car all week and were only on the mountain. Rebekka had prepared everything nicely and is an attentive and very friendly hostess. We will be happy to come back! Judith & Axel

We were greeted and looked after in a super friendly way. The house is exactly to our taste and we felt comfortable immediately. The view from the balcony to the mountains is simply wonderful. The house is located in a small village and you are in the middle of village life. There is a great little village shop just around the corner. The area is super nice with many hiking opportunities. We were there in June with our two dogs. The garden is fenced. An all-around great holiday. Greetings to Karl and the neighborhood.

A very great place to stay. The house is furnished to a high standard and has a very nice location with great views. For families, the large residential unit offers great amenities with high-quality toys. It is very easy to reach by car and there is also sufficient parking for a total of three cars. Due to the clever layout of the house, it offers a lot of privacy despite two residential units. I would definitely recommend the accommodation. We stayed there for two nights with six adults and two cars.

We arrived and felt very comfortable immediately. We were all able to slow down and enjoy the peace and the accommodation very much. It had everything we needed and we could ask Adrian at any time if there were any uncertainties or concerns. The sauna was great and was an additional highlight. The area is very beautiful and offers many opportunities for hiking and bike tours. A detour to the waterfall and to the Rufana Alp was very worthwhile. Thank you Adrian, we will be happy to come back.

Great holiday home with several apartments. Breathtaking view of the surrounding mountains. For children, there are numerous toys and sports equipment available. Table tennis, basketball hoop, trampoline, kicker, go-karts and much more. Great little spot on the river for splashing.

Very nice little cozy apartment with beautiful views and totally lovely landlords. The apartment has everything you need for a relaxing vacation in the mountains. The contact with Michi and Heiko went great and completely problem-free and good tips for the area, stopovers and hikes were given.👍😃All in all, highly recommended.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment with our family. The location is absolutely beautiful surrounded by stunning mountains and offering breathtaking views. There are so many adventures to discover in the area, with the nearby lake being a true highlight. The house itself had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. It was well-equipped and made us feel right at home. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, always available whenever we had a question or needed assistance. We truly appreciated their hospitality.

Perfect place to stay for a ski vacation at Arlberg! We had a fantastic week in Sandra's apartment. Thanks to perfect weather and top snow conditions, we were able to fully enjoy the ski resorts on the Arlberg. The location of the apartment is ideal: ski rental in 5 minutes, the lift in Stuben only 10 minutes by car – and from there you can easily reach St. Anton, St. Christoph, Zürs, Lech and Warth. The apartment is modern and cozy, without unnecessary frills, but with practical details such as an extra closet for ski boots and helmets. The curtains provide complete darkening, and the kitchen is well equipped. Sandra is an attentive and warm Superhost. We felt very comfortable and always looked forward to the relaxing time in the apartment in the evening. Absolutely recommended!

We had a nice time in the apartment of Claudia and Bernd, who were always there for us with questions. We particularly liked the balcony, where we could enjoy the sun and view after skiing. Another advantage is the central location of the apartment. You only need a few meters to the nearest bus stop and a supermarket is also easily accessible on foot. We will be happy to come back!

Sylvia's apartment makes you feel "at home" from the first minute. This is how it happened to us and our boys from the beginning. You enter the spacious "dining room" from which all rooms are accessible and can explore the very large apartment from here. Everyone quickly found their favorite place. The apartment offers a great mix between traditional craftsmanship with cassette ceiling and intarsient tables as well as a beautiful parquet floor, coupled with a modern kitchen and actually three bathrooms PLUS a "wellness area" with sauna. In addition, a fireplace, so you want to spend cozy hours indoors, although the surrounding landscape and views make up the true charm of the apartment. Sylvia is incredibly helpful as a host and is always available to help, for example, if ALL cable cars are closed and hiking is difficult. Thanks for the great tips, we will be happy to come back.

Great location for a skiing holiday.

The apartment is one of the best I've ever rented. Great big rooms, very modern and cozy, especially the kitchen and bathroom, large TV with couch, cozy large wooden beds with good mattress. The apartment is located right next to the stop of the ski bus from Partener Hof. You can reach Versettla in 7 minutes by ski bus and Grasjochbahn in 22 minutes. A sports shop for renting skis, a village shop and a pizzeria are a 3-minute walk away. Perfect starting point for skiing. I'd love to come back.

We had a wonderful week in the house. The communication with Marieke was fantastic. The house can accommodate 10 people. 4 showers and an infrared sauna (not used). Lots of toys and games. Slee that can be used in front of the door on the hill. Good beds. Nice chill area in the basement Only downside there are two toilet's both in a shower room, but yes what are you talking about….. I loved it!

Beautiful accommodation in the middle of the countryside :) we felt right at home during our stay with the dog. The amenities were great, we'd love to come back!
