Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Blue River

We loved this house! The views are truly breathtaking and the home is beautifully designed and so comfortable. Kathryn and James have really thought through the details, from the well-appointed kitchen with everything you might need to cook a fantastic meal to helpful instructional videos on the nuts and bolts, like how to use the hot tub. It was the perfect mountain retreat!

This house has breathtaking views. It was exactly like the pictures. It was perfect for our girls getaway. Very peaceful. There were 2 fox that visited us on the porch every morning! I would definitely stay here again. Didn’t want to leave.

Tracey's apartment was the perfect base camp for a ski with my partner. It's in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood but still convenient to all the resorts in the area. Furnishings were recent and well-maintained, and having access to a laundry machine was very helpful. Blackout curtains in the bedroom made for great sleep!

Such a beautiful cabin! Everything was amazing. The views are breathtaking. The cabin was well stocked, very clean and comfortable for all 10 of us! Highly recommend! Thank you for letting us stay and we will be returning in the future! 5 stars all around!

I can’t say enough good things about this home. Sharon thought of everything a guest could need and provided it, from cozy throw blankets to bath salts to a well-stocked kitchen. Our group of four was so comfortable there and the setting is so peaceful. Sharon is an excellent communicator. She gave detailed instructions and responded immediately with o all inquiries. I can’t wait to come back!

Oh my goodness! Host Janis and co-host Tyler were so responsive!! Large home plenty of space for multiple people to stay! Loved the hot tub in the evenings! Close to everything in Breckenridge! Very reasonable cost! Checkout instructions were very minimal and easy! Would stay again!

This home is as advertised with all needed amenities. Clark communicated only as needed, allowing for a trusted and peaceful stay. We had fantastic snow and skiing conditions which made coming "home" even more fun each evening. The home appears to have heavy rental use and therefore has a few bumps and bruises and will be due for some basic preventative maintenance soon. The home was in complete working order and we were not impacted negatively by any maintenance issues. Love the location and setting and would stay here again. Thanks Clark!

Very responsive host; beautiful house; close to the slopes

I stayed at Abby’s place for a quick 3 day stay with my wife and it was an overall great stay! The condo is in a great location right near town and it was very clean, tidy, and had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable and it was great to have a parking spot for our rental car. We would definitely stay here again.

Thank you for hosting our first trip to Colorado to visit our son. We loved the location, the views and convenience of being in a quiet neighborhood and close to recognizable stores/restaurants along with quaint one of a kind local shops and eating. Can't wait to visit again

This is a Gem 💎 very close to Breckenridge ski resort,it felt like we were in a winter wonderland,Teresa is wonderful host,very professional and proactive and made our stay so much better. We def will come back next year for our winter vacation.

The place was unique and interesting and felt like we were staying in a treehouse. They were beautiful little lights at night and two private areas to relax outside, was quiet and peaceful and cozy. Plenty of room for the two of us even my very tall husband, and our luggage without having to trip over things. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely return! Bob was right on the money about how to find the place even came out and greeted us, was able to provide information, his little dog was hilarious and friendly, all in all and excellent trip and stay.

Prime location for any solo travelers or couples visiting the Breckenridge area. The house is simultaneously tucked away and private while still being walking distance to everything. Would book again!

We loved David and Lauren’s place! Looks just like the pictures and is right downtown so you can walk everywhere. The steam shower and hot tub were a great addition too. We would recommend!

We had a great stay! This property is so nice and exactly as described! No detail is overlooked! Smalls snacks, coffee, extra toiletries if you forgot anything are all provided! So many nice extras to make your stay nice and easy! Great location to shopping and restaurants! We would definitely stay again!!

Located just under 10 minutes to Breckenridge, the location of this stay was ideal for our 5 day stay filled of skiing. The place was as described and worked perfectly for us.

I stayed at Peter’s condo after having been on a road trip for over a week. It was within a short drive of town but it was wonderful to be out of the way of traffic and tourists. This newly renovated condo is a super comfortable and clean option if you need a break and want the option of self-catering, from Peter’s small but well equipped kitchen.

We had a great time at Tylers place. The unit was clean, comfortable, and convienently located just a short drive from main street. The water pressure was good, wifi was good, the unit included pet friendly amenities, and the neighborhood was peaceful. The host was responsive and gave some great recommendations for food/drinks, and nearby activities. There was a bit of constuction going on at the complex when we stayed so there was a bit of noise and dust, but overall we found our stay very enjoyable and would happily come here again.

Enjoyed our stay at Trails End so much. Nice clean and cozy place that we could walk to Main Street Breck easily for shopping or dining. Alec was great with communication even after we booked letting us know the hot tubs wouldn’t be working in the off season and also went above and beyond gifting us a credit to go use the local indoor pool that our kids enjoyed. Would come back again!

Jay’s mountain condo is truly a gem within the mountains! I visited with my girlfriend in the middle of June, and the peace, quiet, views, it just doesn’t get any better! The covered parking garage was a great plus, the condo itself was in fantastic condition! Check-in was smooth, all interactions were friendly and informative! It is right at the base of a ski slope with lifts (not my forte, but perfect for others), access to town with everything you need, it was a perfect experience!

Very clean! Completely as described. We were a little warm at night because of no A/C in June but opening the window worked out just fine. (If you’re used to A/C this might throw you a bit.) Fantastic location to downtown Breck and plenty of outdoor adventures. Host was super communicative and the stay was smooth.
