Lovely kitchenette with views to delightful, fully enclosed back yard. Tea, coffee and toast with cereal provided for breakfast. Private, sunny front court yard and own separate entrance. You will have private access to your accomodation and 1 undercover parking space. You have a HD TV with Netflix and a Sony blue-tooth speaker for your use. The adjoining room has a comfy 3 seater lounge,table and chairs.Lovely large deck off bedroom. For my guests I offer loose leaf tea,herbal teas and a coffee plunger for some delicious coffee!

Accommodation is a single level dwelling with an open plan kitchen and living area. 2 big Queen bedrooms & a 3 way bathroom. The good-sized paved and grassed outdoor area backs onto bushland. The getaway is a haven thanks to its cosiness, quietness, privacy & location. Suits 4 adults. Only house trained "smallish" dogs allowed with own bedding. NO--dogs on beds or lounges. NO--dogs left inside unattended. NO--dogs to be left alone inside unattended. NO--electric scooters allowed!!

We welcome you to stay in our studio room situated 300 metres from the amazing Birubi Beach which boasts the largest sand dunes in the southern hemisphere and awesome waves on your back door. We love the location of our house and hope you do too. The studio is located at the back of our property where we live along with our two children and small dog.
