Unique getaway for two. Experience modern comfort in one of NSW’s most sought after destinations for that perfect weekend or mid-week break! Our guesthouse is separate to the main house, giving you privacy and space. You will have access to our spacious al-fresco area with BBQ and outside dining. Simply relax beside the pool, read a book in the private backyard, or spend your days at the beach or exploring. We have 2 boogie boards and pool floats you’re welcome to utilise during your stay.

The Pool House

“The Pool House” is a pet friendly modern one bedroom guest house & pool for guests exclusive use at the rear of the main dwelling one street back from the waterfront at Port Stephens, Australia’s Blue Water Paradise. The waterfront reserve is a 2 min walk away, continue along the foreshore and in 10 min you can be in the hub of Lemon Tree Passage where you will find the boat launching ramp, park, tidal pool, Marina, Laundromat, Cafés/Restaurants, Post Office, Chemist, Butchers & Bottle Shop!

Surfside Dreaming at One Mile Beach

The accommodation is set amongst Paperbark trees (once part of the surrounding Tomaree national park), a short stroll from the crystal waters of One Mile beach. A luxury cottage with two bedrooms, fully self contained, Resort/Tropical setting that sleeps up to to 4 people. A Bunkhouse (no a/c, fan only) with pool table, Darts, entertainment system and a bunkroom that sleeps up to 5 people. Ideal for large groups or two families with teenagers. Surfside is not suited for young children.

Villa Blanca at Fingal Bay is a newly updated beach house, providing a relaxed aesthetic and is ideal to unwind and enjoy the quiet location of Fingal Bay. Located just a 6 minute walk to the beach and cafes, the house is split over two levels which allows families to have their own sleeping spaces. With a vast outdoor area which opens to a large in ground pool and backyard, you could spend hours just relaxing at home or enjoy the amazing attractions that Port Stephens has to offer.

When you are after much more than just a bedroom. I welcome you to my light, bright and cheerful self-contained suite one street away from the beach. A separate entrance contains a large bedroom, separate sitting/lounge room with desk/library, fridge, bathroom, toilet and own private courtyard with free gourmet breakfast a perfect way to start your day! You’ll love my place because of the neighbourhood, the comfy bed &the light. Perfect for couples, solo and business travellers.

Private granny flat

A tree change and sea change all in one. Medowie is the place of tall trees and is only a 30 minute drive from picturesque Nelson Bay. Newcastle airport is a 10 minute drive away and Newcastle city is only a 40 minute drive or a 5 minute ferry ride from the Stockton ferry terminal. A great way to avoid the drive into town, the ferry terminal is a short 20 minute drive from Medowie and Stockton beach is also a great place for beach activities.

This one of two cabins on our property. From your deck, enjoy the sweeping panoramic views of this blue water wonderland. Soak in our large,communal, heated swim/spa while enjoying the view. An ideal romantic retreat for couples wanting a weekend escape.

Mindaribba Cottage

A very homely country cottage - very warm and inviting. A beautiful 40 acre country setting with a verandah on three sides of the cottage which is totally yours. You will see cows, geese and if you go for a walk - ducks, chickens and further on a 10-15 minute walk to the beautiful Paterson River. You will see the River in our photos. Also there are so many attractions in the surrounding area.
