Accommodation is a single level dwelling with an open plan kitchen and living area. 2 big Queen bedrooms & 3 way bathroom. The good-sized paved and grassed outdoor area backs onto bush-land. The best beach in Port Stephens is very close. The getaway is a haven thanks to its cosiness, quietness, privacy & location. Suits 4 adults. Only house trained "smallish" dogs allowed with own bedding. NO dogs on beds or lounges. NO dogs to be left alone inside unattended. NO electric scooters allowed!!

The accommodation is set amongst Paperbark trees (once part of the surrounding Tomaree national park), a short stroll from the crystal waters of One Mile beach. A luxury cottage with two bedrooms, fully self contained, Resort/Tropical setting that sleeps up to to 4 people. A Bunkhouse (no a/c, fan only) with pool table, Darts, entertainment system and a bunkroom that sleeps up to 5 people. Ideal for large groups or two families with teenagers. Surfside is not suited for young children.

You can lounge in the comfort of your spacious living area or relax under the pergola as you listen to the birds sing in the tall trees around you. A large resort style house with a heated salt water pool, fire place and ducted air conditioning system. This spacious home is situated in an ideal location in stunning Shoal Bay. The shopping and restaurant strip (including Shoal Bay Country Club) is just a 10 minute walk away. Wreck Beach is a short stroll from the backyard of the property (temporarily closed due to flood damage to the track). Mount Tomaree as well as Zenith and Box Beach can also be accessed by foot from the backyard.

Enjoy our calming light-filled studio retreat nestled on the second story among the treetops of the local gum trees in Soldiers Point Port Stephens, perfect for 1-2 adults. Newly built in 2023 on our property located on a private and serene street, backing onto the very special Soldiers Point Reserve - home to an abundance of bird life and koalas - you will hear the laughing of kookaburras throughout the day.
