Both the city center, the spa gardens and direct access to the vineyards are a few minutes' walk away. The small Schwarzfabrik is ideally suited as a starting point for family activities, hiking and cycling through the vineyards as well as the Palatinate Forest, which offers many refreshment stops.

Quiet 3-room apartment on the first floor of a two-family house with hiking trails from the front door. The most beautiful wine locations are at your feet. The apartment is fully equipped and offers up to 3 people a relaxing stay with incredible views over the Rhine Valley. Air conditioning can be used for 10 EUR per day if needed. From 2025, our municipality has decided on a "tourist tax" of EUR 1 per person per day. This needs to be paid in cash during your stay.
