The Hay Loft is located in the beautiful Cornish countryside at Wilton Farm. It is a self contained modern barn conversion with a spacious private garden and patio area. It is the ideal base for exploring the whole of Cornwall and the gateway to many beautiful sandy beaches. A rural location, private and surrounded by trees, set in the beautiful Glynn Valley. We are close to Bodmin Parkway, with easy access to Cornwall's many tourist attractions such as Lanhydrock Estate (1 mile) Eden (20 minutes) and both north and south coast beaches. You have your own garden space, parking and many acres of quiet woodland to explore.

The Annex is a private, self contained space adjoined to the rear of our house. It has it's own parking space, a small double bed (190cm length bed wall to wall), shower room and private outdoor seating area. The main train line is 5 minutes walk from The Annex and makes Lostwithiel easy to get to for exploring Cornwall’s beautiful sights. Lostwithiel also has a selection of pubs, a restaurant, Indian and Chinese takeaways, shops, riverside and woodland walks all within walking distance.

Set on the edge of Boconnoc Estate and the outskirts of Lostwithiel you will find our large 1 bedroom converted barn. We are quite centrally located in Cornwall. South coast beaches can be found 5 miles away with the north coast being around 20 miles away. You will find so many things to do including walking, sightseeing, fishing, visiting many types of attractions. We offer a warm welcome and as much or as little interaction as you prefer. You will find yourself surrounded by nature.

Unique and perfectly situated coastal retreat

Unwind and relax in this historic gem of a home. There has been a mill on this site since 1298 and in 2019 we completely refurbished the current 18th century milll to a very high standard to ensure a truly comfortable and magical getaway. You'll be surrounded by trees, bird song and the constant sound of running water and the sight of our resident heron by the waterfall. The mill lies in a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in Daphne du Maurier country, on the Fowey estuary.

Fully self contained, the apartment is very spacious and can accommodate 2 people comfortably. King Size bed, linen included. Lounge area, 32” Freesat TV. Dining Table & chairs. Fitted Kitchen, dishwasher etc. Large walk in shower enclosure, separate bath, cosy long robes and complimentary toiletries. Decking area with lighting, overlooking open field onto woods.

The decor is stylish, comfortable, a beautiful haven to sit and contemplate the breathtaking surroundings from. Described by a recent guest as "The most beautiful small space they'd ever stayed in" It can be difficult to do anything here other than unwind. But if you can drag yourself away from this little gem it's a great place to explore North Cornwall's diverse delights from.

Situated on the Saints Way footpath to Fowey, we are ideally located to relax and explore the local area. We are a short stroll away from the waterside village pub, The Fisherman's Arms and in the village you'll find water activities such as kayaking and paddle boarding to name a few...

Snuggling in a wooded corner of our paddock the cabin is a lovely secluded escape for two. In one of the quietest parts of Cornwall with complete privacy you will hear the hoots of owls and chorus of birdlife, and with no light pollution the night skies are magnificent. The coast is nearby, with the Fowey estuary just down the road, and glorious beaches and coastal footpath a short drive away. It is roomy and comfortable in all weathers, and comes with a private wild garden.

Bootlace Cottage in Tywardreath

This special place is a converted cobbler's shop opposite a church in the heart of the historic village of Tywardreath, which boasts a wonderful pub and shop. Fowey, the Eden Project and Charlestown are all just a short drive away. This charming cottage is self-contained and is within walking distance to Par Beach and Par Station. The fully equipped kitchen contains everything you need and there is an outside terrace to enjoy your morning coffee and a sundowner.
