An der Stelle eines alten und verfallenen Bauernhauses wurde im Jahr 2010 das Bauernhaus "Zum Heinrich" errichtet. Bei dem Wiederaufbau war uns die Erhaltung des Charakters sehr wichtig. Im EG befindet sich die Gaststube Heinrich, die den Mittelpunkt der GutsAlm darstellt. Das als "Gute Stube" bezeichnete Obergeschoss bietet Ihnen zwei Doppelzimmer mit atemberaubendem Panoramablick. Ausstattung im Obergeschoss: 2 Doppelzimmer, die auch als Drei oder Vierbettzimmer nutzbar sind, Dusche, Balkon

Landhaus Lehnerhof (Schaufling), double room Erde

Diese Doppelzimmer mit dem Element Erde sind in warmen Erdtönen gehalten. Eigenes Bad mit DU (120/80 cm) und WC, großen beleuchteten Spiegel. Der Blick vom Südbalkon geht in den Innenhof und auf das Hirschgehege. Das Mobilar besteht aus massiven Schreinermöbeln, die nach dem goldenen Schnitt (Feng Shui Maße) aus biologischem Kiefernholz gefertigt sind. Sie schlafen bequem in einem Boxspringbett. Zudem ist dieses Zimmer ist mit einer Netzstromfreischaltung ausgestattet.

Our mountain farm chalets blend harmoniously into the hilly landscape of the Bavarian Forest. The chalets were built according to old carpentry and joinery skills. Furnished with the flair of traditional materials, such as stone, fine fabrics and wood that is over 300 years old, some of which is used again in the custom-made furniture. Each of the 3 mountain chalets is at ground level and therefore barrier-free. The mountain chalet 3 has a living space of approx.

Lake house in the Bavarian Forest

The spacious apartment is located on the second floor of the apartment building and has a balcony with beautiful views of Lake Freudensee. The evening sun is best followed from the balcony and enjoy the last hours of sunshine. Only 50 m separate the house with the beautiful Freudensee and the attached recreational area. The apartment is matching the beautiful nature, rustically furnished in Bavarian country style. No frills, no Chi Chi. Honestly Bavarian.

Depending on availability, you will receive a room from the different tree categories. Out of nature, the trees literally stand out. For centuries, our family's forest has been home and work. The special charm is also a good argument for our guests to come by: Are there many trees, the quality of life increases - also because a large deciduous tree produces oxygen daily for about ten people. Our ancestors were forest farmers and already loved the trees.
