Lovingly restored and intuitively designed with its mood lighting, the overall accommodation has an intimate, exquisite, opulent feel.

Unique and perfectly situated coastal retreat

Unwind and relax in this historic gem of a home. There has been a mill on this site since 1298 and in 2019 we completely refurbished the current 18th century milll to a very high standard to ensure a truly comfortable and magical getaway. You'll be surrounded by trees, bird song and the constant sound of running water and the sight of our resident heron by the waterfall. The mill lies in a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in Daphne du Maurier country, on the Fowey estuary.

The Cottage at Trevelyan -rural Cornwall

The Cottage is within the grounds of our home, Trevelyan, in a beautiful rural part of south east Cornwall. You will have your own walled garden area. It is a converted farm building, and we have attempted to make the best use of the space. The shower room is compact but perfectly adequate, there is a bedroom, kitchen/dining room and the living room has folding doors to bring the outside in! The property is accessed via steps leading to a pedestrian pathway that sits above Fore Street. There are car parks nearby. Pubs, restaurants and quays are all within a couple of minutes' walk. Readymoney Beach is a short stroll away and there are many beautiful coastal walks. No pets are allowed.

The Lobster Pot is a newly renovated apartment set in the historic centre of Fowey. The property which is situated in Bull Hill is accessed via steps leading to a pedestrian pathway that sits above Fore Street. Discount will be applied for a stay of 7 or more days. Pubs, restaurants and quays are all within a couple of minutes walk. Readymoney Beach is a short stroll away and there are many beautiful coastal walks nearby. No pets are allowed.
