We had a great time staying at Eckharts place. The place was clean, spacious, and flooded with light, in a very peaceful neighbourhood with all stores in walkable distance. There’s a neighbour’s car that comes greeting in the garden every day, which is great. We had some funny scaredy cat moments as sometimes the ceiling was creaking mysteriously…. And at night the bed made mysterious sounds… but nothing too scary 😁 The host is very responsive and helpful. Thanks for having us!

A much more welcoming feel than the pictures suggest – cozy, with beautiful views in a lovely setting. Fantastic walking right from the doorstep, and a great golf course with restaurants and a spa also within walking distance. Spotlessly clean throughout.

The entire accommodation is beautiful, we would have loved to move in there. Everything is totally clean, modern, new and equipped with everything and more than you need. Large garden with deck chairs, hammock and large terrace, where you can relax and spend the day. Great kitchen and totally beautiful bedrooms. You are not far from the bus and train and thus quickly in Constance. Mario is a super friendly and accommodating host, you feel comfortable and welcome. The accommodation helped make our stay something special. I appreciate it 😍

We stayed at Eden Cottage for 3 nights in mid June, as a family of 4 adults and our dog. Big thanks to our host Martina, who was very prompt and supportive with any of our requests. Checking into the house was very easy, and all house rules were clearly communicated. A Things-To-Do folder made it easy for spontaneous activity ideas. The house is well located in the countryside of Stein am Rhein, and is very close to supermarkets. The railway station, Rhine river and old town are within 10-15 minutes walking distance. The house itself is ideal for 4 people and a pet. All amenities are available, and the interior decor is great and thoughtful. The large garden is beautiful with many plants and trees. Our dog really enjoyed himself exploring around the garden. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely visit again!

I have so many good things to say about this place. Philip was incredibly kind and helpful. The place was stunning, the pictures don’t do it justice. It is peaceful and walkable and everywhere you look is beautiful. The place is cozy and super clean, I loved opening the windows and just staring out at the view. I would recommend this place to anyone!!

Had a great time at Ailine's place. Close to Lake Constance (i.e. Bodensee), Ravensburg and Friedrichshafen. Halfway between Munich and Freiburg (Black Forest) and 30-60 Minutes to Austria and Switzerland.

We had a great time at Lake Constance in the tastefully and comfortably furnished apartment of Meike and Christoph. There is really nothing to complain about, we immediately felt comfortable, and the advantages of the accommodation (beautiful garden with pool (!), sauna). The hosts are very committed and friendly, everything worked out. Thanks again and hopefully see you soon.

A place to relax with a fantastic view of the lake - pure relaxation!!! We were able to enjoy the vacation in this beautiful apartment at any time and have booked again directly for next year! Recommend it 100%! There's no more beautiful way to live on Lake Constance...

Very tastefully furnished small apartment in top condition. Everything exactly as described and seen in the pictures. The facade of the house was just insulated, which is why scaffolding was provided. This can also be seen in one of the pictures. Access via spiral staircase from the outside not ideal but ok. Without air conditioning it will certainly be very warm in summer. The bed was very comfortable, the sofa bed not so much, which unfortunately is usually the case. The geese and roosters next door were quite noisy but also has its own charm. The communication was very friendly and effective.

We were very warmly welcomed. After a short tour of the apartment and general information on handling, etc., we were also left alone again. It is a small, quiet place and the property had a field edge location, so you could sit outside in the evening. From there, you can reach Constance in 20 minutes or quickly reach other surrounding towns. Bathroom and kitchen are very modern and minimalist, which appealed to us. Everything was super clean and we had everything in inventory in the apartment that we needed.

It was a super apartment with beautiful views. There were "Bodensee cards" on the table in front of us without any explanation from the host about the use of these cards. Unfortunately, we did not know what to do with it. We went to the Info in Sipplingen the day after. Fortunately, we received all the answers for the use of our cards. Unfortunately, we could not dispose of our waste anywhere, because the waste containers were already full on arrival. Even after 12 days, we were unable to lose any weight. So we took everything and threw it away at different supermarkets. For the rest, we had a pleasant stay in the apartment. Tip: possibly a sunshade at the dining room table. It is very annoying when you look at the sun at breakfast and have to put all your "fridge" stuff in the sun. There is an oven, so a few oven gloves would not be a superfluous luxury.

Julia is a very warm hostess, with whom you immediately feel at home. The apartment is tastefully furnished, with beautiful individual pieces that create a special flair. The light in the apartment at any time of the day is to be emphasized and with the two balconies you will always find a favorite place. Everything is well thought out, functional and with sufficient storage space. Julia's standards for cleanliness are exceptional. We felt very comfortable during the week and would be happy to come back.

The accommodation can be recommended with a clear conscience! A very quiet location, but very well connected. The hostess was very nice and quick to reach. We felt very comfortable in the accommodation and will be happy to come back.

A quiet, well-kept and very pleasant accommodation for solo travelers. Doris is well organized and very prudent. Everything I need is available, even nice DVDs with movies I've always wanted to see. Unfortunately, no time for it again, maybe I should plan a winter stay. Since the apartment is in the basement, it is exceptionally pleasant for my taste, even at high temperatures it is very good to sleep there. I have already been there twice and am already looking forward to the next summer.

We stayed here for a month and loved it. Easy walk to the train station, a great restaurant and a lakeside-Biergarten nearby. Will plan to book again!

Verena and Rudi’s home was one of the best Airbnbs we’ve ever stayed (and we’ve stayed in a lot!). They were such kind hosts who made us feel so welcome. The setting on the banks of the Rhine is incredible. We swam in the river every day, enjoyed their lovely pool, and loved the beautiful view. Already wondering when we can come back next!

Our getaway with Oliver and Ines was really nice and relaxing. The hosts are very welcoming and have helped us personally with all concerns. The apartment was modern and beautifully decorated. It is perfect for holidays with a toddler (and children). We highly recommend the place and will certainly return again ourselves.

We booked to spend a weekend with friends. Thomas's accommodation is perfect, charming and well-equipped. It takes a little over ten minutes to walk to the center, but the place is quiet and the view of the lake is breathtaking.

We were a group of 5 people. The stay was really very nice! The place was clean, cozy and well appointed. Communication with Gerhard was always friendly, helpful and quickly accessible. We felt completely comfortable and welcome. Thank you for the great hospitality, we are happy to recommend the place!

Very nice apartment, super clean, tastefully furnished, thought of everything, for several people there were different colored towels, pull-out sofa for an adult well possible, kitchen, top equipped including dishwasher and water -soda maker, even such special features as picnic blanket air mattress available. Location directly on the lake very nice, street in fact loud, but you don't hear it in the apartment at all. Bathing place nice, on foot to the village 10 minutes, there very nice beach and restaurant. Check in and out without any problems, we were even allowed to stay a few hours longer.

Fantastic place to stay, highly recommended. Stayed for 4 weeks and used it as a base for travel. Ideal indeed. Very close to very reasonable shops for everything. Top place 👍
