The modern and individual architect's house with great lake views is located about 300m from the lake in a quiet new development, in 2nd row of a residential street. Great terraces with lake view and fireplace invite you to linger. In 2020 it was awarded 4 stars. The house can host up to 5 people.

The district of Radolfzell Böhringen has a very nice nature reserve, and is a good starting point for excursions of any kind. The A 81 is 3 minutes away by car, so you have a good connection to the transport network. Konstanz and Switzerland can be reached in 25 minutes. A separate children's room with pull-out bed and a WC with a spacious shower complete the offer.

For example, with a good glass of wine and the view from the balcony of the small harbor of Wangen, whose lighting is reflected in the evening in the lake, an extended walk, a hike nearby or a trip by biking or car to one of the cultural-historical places or towns in the vicinity. In the evening, quick to swim in the lake.
