Herzlich willkommen in unserem kleinen Paradies! Wir haben uns über die letzten Jahre ein kleine Oase erschaffen, in der es uns an nichts mehr gefehlt hat. Von Gästezimmer, über Sauna, Whirlpool, Glamping Dome, Pavillon und Outdoor Küche umfasst unser Garten alles was man für eine gemütliche Zeit braucht. Wir wohnen am Rande einer sehr kleinen Ortschaft, etwa 14 kilometer vom Bodensee entfernt. Der Garten ist umgeben von Natur und hier in der Region lassen sich viele schöne Dinge unternehmen.

Our cosy country house with a large garden is located on a hillside in Stockach-Zizenhausen, 12 minutes/9 km from Lake Constance. With the beautiful Lake Constance region to the south and the Donau Valley to the north, this is the ideal place for relaxation, hiking and swimming holidays. Even when it rains, there is plenty to do: Lake Constance Thermal Baths in Überlingen, Meersburg Castle Museum, Langenstein Castle with its Carnival Museum, Sealife and shopping in Constance, Zeppelin Museum……

Big and cosy room 11 km from the lake of constance

Our nice 25 sqm room with bathrooom is located in a little village with green and quiet environment. If it's clear you can see the alps from the garden. You will have your own entrance. In 1 km distance you can find a supermarket and a restaurant in the main village of the community. You can reach sites of interrest at the lake of constance like Überlingen (18km) or Konstanz (42km) and Bodman-Ludwigshafen (11km). A nice little public pool (Naturbad) is very close, only some minutes to walk.

100m to the lake: Beautiful flat with lake view

Dear guests, this dreamlike flat (90m²) is located about 100m from the Beach and Yacht harbour and offers a magnificent view over the lake and its breathtaking sunsets. The house is so close to the lake that in summer you can easily go home wrapped in a bath towel. Want to take a quick dip? No problem! The famous 'Blütenweg' and Lake Constance cycle path are in the immediate vicinity. Restaurants, railway station and boat landing stage, an organic bakery/butcher and a small shop as well.

This beautiful new apartment (80 square meters of living space) is ideal for all Lake Constance lovers, hikers, mountain bikers and nature lovers. Close to attractions such as the Marienschlucht, the island of Mainau and Constance. Bodman is located on Lake Überlingen and offers a few nice restaurants. Apartment right on Lake Constance

Quiet cozy duplex apartment with large terrace and fantastic view of Lake Constance. The apartment is located in Bodman, about 30 minutes from Constance. In the village, there are various restaurants, a Penny and a small bakery. The living space is about 116 square meters, divided into kitchen, living area, bedroom, bathroom, toilet and a large terrace with stunning views over Lake Constance. Since we usually live in it ourselves, the apartment is very well equipped.

Modernly furnished, bright, sunny and 75 m² large: Our three-room apartment on the first floor of our four-family house offers a lot of space for holiday dreams. A large open-plan kitchen with dishwasher, fridge-freezer as well as TV and WLAN offer all comfort. The bedroom is equipped with a comfortable double bed (box spring) and has its own terrace access. A separate children's room with pull-out bed and a WC with a spacious shower complete the offer.

Our modern, 69 sqm apartment, completed in 2020, is located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, surrounded by green spaces, historic farm buildings and an orchard in Bodman. For our guests there is a fully equipped kitchen, 1 bathroom with shower, 1 bedroom with double bed, living area with TV and HiFi system, dining area and a large terrace with dining table, parasol, sun loungers and fantastic lake view, free Wi-Fi and 1 parking space.

The newly renovated and lovingly furnished 35 sqm studio (ground floor) is located in a quiet residential area on the edge of the Stockacker core city. A private parking lot is available to our guests. The studio is equipped with high quality SATELLITE TV, stereo system, new fitted kitchen, 1.60 m wide double bed and a beautiful small bathroom with fitted wardrobes and rain shower. Lake time

The apartment, which was completed in the spring of 2018, can be reached via an external wooden staircase. Now nothing stands in the way of a relaxing "lake time." Our apartment is very quiet, yet centrally located in Bodman, just a 6-minute walk from the lake. This apartment consists of a 2-room living room with a sofa bed (140 cm) as well as a bedroom, a separate bathroom with bathtub and washing machine and a kitchen with a cooking island (without oven), a coffee machine (Nespresso standard capsule), a refrigerator and a dishwasher. A small terrace is available.
