one of the best and most peaceful places we have ever stayed! lovely location, beautiful garden, privacy and a great hotub! kitchen has everything you need to cook a nice dinner and the lodge itself is beautiful. we had a great time and even with some heavy rain it was great. don't expect to be connected to the outside world as phone and Internet is almost non-existent, but that is what is so relaxing about this place! We had a great stay near Rock. The cabin was lovely, giving a peaceful, private place - perfect for a relaxing getaway! Having a private sauna and hot tub was the icing on the cake for maximum relaxing. The cabin was easy to find due to detailed, accurate instructions. There were plenty of local recommendations in the cabin that were easily accessible by car. Would thoroughly recommend staying at Carolanne and Luke’s cabin if you’re looking for a holiday to the north coast of Cornwall that has plenty to do nearby with a touch of luxury using the hot tub and sauna

Lovely location with beautiful views. Secure garden to allow dogs to run around freely, which mine loved. It was my first trip away with both of my dogs and I was a bit worried about it, but it was perfect. Hosts are very welcoming to dogs as well which made me feel more at ease. Hot tub was great. Lots of different areas in the garden to relax.

Our stay at the cabin was nothing short of amazing. The space was cozy, clean, and had a lot of attractions—perfect for a peaceful getaway. The hosts were incredibly welcoming, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. Their thoughtful touches and local recommendations really made a difference. Wow - the most beautiful cabin! The owners really have thought of everything, even a toy for our dog 🥰. The garden is enclosed which was perfect for our dog to run around. The hot tub was really hot on arrival, the bath and shower facilities are stunning. We will 100% be visiting again.

Thank you both for a brillant stay. The surroundings were perfect. The mottled light in the evening around the fire was perfect. The sauna, cold drop & hot tub made the stay very special and relaxing. Some really cool attention to detail stuff in the cabin. It was super cosy & comfortable. This was such a wonderful place to stay. A beautiful wooden lodge with plenty of space, comfortable furnishings and spectacular verandas. It’s in a beautiful mature garden setting which is idyllic in every way. Private and peaceful yet with easy access to so many walking routes, gorgeous beaches, great cafes and pubs. We only took the car out on one day, everything else we did on foot. The pool and jacuzzi were a welcome bonus too.

We had a fantastic stay at the Bunkhouse. We travelled with our 2 year old son and dog and this place was just perfect for us. Very secluded, feels like you are in the middle of nowhere. Beautiful views all around. Great for walks and also an easy drive to the Beach. We visited Widemouth and e both within 25 mins drive and very worth it. We would definitely recommend this place and hope to stay here again in the near future. Thanks Jill.

We had the most incredible stay at this property. The views alone were some of the best we’ve ever experienced, with the deck overlooking the sea. The beach is a short walk down the cliff side from the property (the walk back up is a workout to say the least, especially on a boiling hot day!) and a stroll across the sand couldn’t have been more peaceful. Christian was a great host and was quick to respond to any questions. This is the perfect place to switch off, with bedrooms with great views and a spacious living room and kitchen. The only thing we’d suggest is possibly bringing your own essentials, such as milk, butter and cooking bits as local shops are about a 15 minute drive. Overall we can’t recommend this place enough, we really needed to reset after a hectic few months and we finally managed to here for which we are so grateful.

We had the most wonderful stay at the Garden Room! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The space was spotless, thoughtfully decorated, and full of cozy touches that made our visit extra special. Louise was kind and responsive, offering great local recommendations and making sure we had everything we needed. It was the perfect peaceful retreat after a day of exploring. We can’t recommend this place enough and would absolutely stay again!

This is a wonderful, secluded home from home with a fully equipped kitchen and private garden. There is off road parking. It is next to Barney and Sue's house but very quiet and private/separate. The pub The Crown in st ewes is 10/10 with great food and only 10 minutes walk away. It is only a ten to fifteen minute drive from the coast path. Very clean overall but if you dont like a slightly doggy smell and some small spiders it may not be for you. Tip - there wasn't any salt or ground coffee so bring you're own if you plan to cook/use cafetiere! Sue was kind enough to leave some milk and some instant coffee and tea as well as some other snacks which was very kind.

This is a lovely light & spacious cabin with great coastal views in a quiet location. It was a great base to explore this part of the north Devon coast and we'd happily stay here again

Danny’s home is in an ideal, rural location, set back on an expansive lawn overlooking the sea on one side, hills with grazing sheep on another, and just beyond an amazing view of Plymouth. Beautiful! Directly across the street and down a short path is The Cliff Top Cafe, a great place to get a bite to eat and take in the amazing view. The home is very comfortable and clean and has everything needed to enjoy a peaceful getaway. To me, the best part of the experience was definitely the location. It absolutely does not disappoint. Views, views, views and soft sounds of sheep calling out from the hillside. Very special. Thank you Danny. We will never forget our first stay in the UK.

First stay at the Old Tea Hut and have already booked to go again next year. The pictures do not do justice to the loveliness of the hut. Everything you could need is there and the space is just beautiful. Freya was always responsive to any messages and was friendly and helpful. We can’t wait to stay again 💖

Such a peaceful, cosy cabin with wonderful views! If you’re lucky enough to get some sun- you’ll see exactly why it’s called Sunset Lodge! Great location. My children loved the little play area next to the cow paddock and also loved watching the sheep. Check in was super easy and host “left us to it” which is great if you’re busy exploring Cornwall! Would definitely stay again

I absolutely loved my stay at Rebecca’s cabin. The cabin was stocked with all the necessary amenities, was well insulated and I felt completely tucked away in the lush green of the countryside. The environment was stunning and I couldn’t get enough of the view straight to the sea. I wanted a tranquil, relaxing space to read nestled in nature and that’s exactly what I got! I hope to return to the cabin and that beautiful part of Cornwall.

The Airbnb was in a fantastic location, just a short walk from the beach. The room was spotless, and Francine provided clear and easy-to-follow instructions for both check-in and check-out. Overall, we had a wonderful trip and really enjoyed our stay.

Great place to stay, impeccably clean and tidy and so peaceful.

Day one, me and my wife arrived after a lengthy car drive from the East Midlands. We easily found the place and headed to reception to check in. The whole process went quickly and we were given some useful information/directions for the best route in and out of the park/Polgooth. After saying hello to the ducks we moved the car over to cabin 15. Exactly what we expected, a nice quaint cabin - perfect for two people to stay in for a week. Everything was spotless, it smelt clean, and I couldn’t find a fault if I tried. We had a lovely week staying there, the only thing I’d change was the weather! It was a perfect week though and we were very happy with the whole experience - we left feeling recharged and relaxed. Thank you Ashley, perhaps we’ll be down to stay again someday! Highly recommended, perfect place to stay for those like us looking to explore Cornwall and everyone else too. Great amenities etc.

excellent find, spotless, felt right at home, lovely comfy bed. welcome box of treats was a nice surprise. hosts Chris and Philippa were available if needed but not intrusive. excellent location for exploring Cornwall. will definitely recommend to family and friends and look forward to returning.

Great place to stay for a week, very peaceful, Clean & Tidy, only downside was that it's quite remote from main supermarkets but not a major problem just get organized. Lots of local pubs within a short drive, great base to visit padstow & St Ives

My expectations was blown out of water for where I was staying. Everything was clean, and perfectly organised to make the place feel cozy. With the lovely view it of the sea and even lovelier company with Val (if you wanted to grab a chat) I would highly recommend this place anyone looking for a solo trip to Looe. The town was just a short walk away with a breath taking view and even a few recommendations from Val of where to go and what to see. I will be definitely be coming back in the future as my experience was heavenly.

This was our 2nd stay here and we had a fantastic time again. A great base for us to use to explore Cornwall from and some amazing local beaches as well. The lodge was perfect for us and our 2 young children, and gave us a home away from home for the week
