The studio and the entire property are entirely non-smoking. Our cottage is located on the side of the road, but it is not very busy because we are at the end of the town. Perfectly located for winter sports or hiking holiday, it is close to all amenities (grocery shop, restaurants, post office, medical centre...) 5 minutes by car are enough to reach the resort of Les Brasses and less than 10 minutes to reach the Nordic domain of Plaine-Joux. It is also located 30 minutes from Annemasse and about 35 minutes from Lake Geneva.

All year round, you can enjoy access to an indoor spa area with jacuzzi and pool with counter-current swimming. South-facing, you will have maximum sunshine!

This detached chalet (70 m²) is very comfortable for 4 people (it can accommodate up to 5 people). It is cozy and mountain style, in absolute calm. The terrace to the West dominates the valley and allows a real immersion in the middle mountains. Many walks from the chalet and magnificent hikes within a radius of 1/2 hour. The mountain is our garden!
