Orren cabin med ski inn and out

Flott hytte med 3 soverom. Hovedsoverom. 180cm seng. Soverom 2 - 120cm og 75cm seng. Soverom 3- 150cm og 90cm seng. Alle sengene har enkelt dyner, totalt 8stk. . Sengetøy og håndkler må medbringes ved opphold. Hytta må vaskes og ryddes i eget regi etter bruk (vaskemidler m mer finnes på hytta). Utvask kan bestilles, gi beskjed om det ønskes. Som svensk statsborger gis det rut/ rot fradrag. . Hytta er 3D skannet, så er du i tvil på hvordan det ser ut, send melding så oversender vi link til Matterport skann. Det er en 50» smart tv, ps4 samt Apple tv i stua og en 32» tommer smart tv på hemsen. Det er kaffetrakter, brødrister, stavmikser, vannkoker, mikrobølgeovn, riskoker, kjøkkenvekt, kjøkkentilbehør, kasseroller osv. Utendørs er det gassgrill som kan benyttes. Sluttstäd av hytta kan bestilles for Kr.2000( gi beskjed i god tid). Rut avdrag er mulig for svenske statsborgere, men da må Städtjänsten ha navn, adress, personnummer osv. Rut fradrag gjør at leietager betaler kun 50% (1000kr)- faktura direkte fra Städtjänst. Om man ønsker vaske i eget regi, tilkommer kontrollgebyr kr 400 for ekstern kontroll slik at vi har kontroll på rengjøringen før neste gjest ankommer. Håper på forståelse for det. Åsnes Finnskog, solar cell, canoe

Take a break and relax, hear the river shower over the dam. Cabin without electricity and water, with solar cell (for light, mobile charging) gas refrigerator, gas stove and outdoor grill. Wood burning. Outdoor. Pure idyll. Little mobile coverage at the cabin. The place has 4 beds, a double bed and a bunk bed. Remember to bring your own bed linen and sheets. Pillows and duvets are on site. Fire pit by the water and possibility to use a canoe. Finnskogen has a lot to offer. Fishing, hunting, berrying, forest walk, wildlife. Many paths and dirt roads to explore.

Relax in this peaceful and cozy cottage with the forest around the corner. Small toilet in the main building and separate service building with wood sauna, relax, shower, toilet and washing machine. Quiet and secluded location - here the kids can play freely. Good opportunities for skiing on hiking. Marked snowmobile trail about 150 meters from the cabin. Information about the manager can be obtained at Nordvärmland's snowmobile club. There is Wifi. Finnskogleden goes through the village and Långberget offers an extensive system of ski tracks.

The cabin has a simple, rustic standard with an open plan living and kitchen, two bedrooms and a traditional outhouse – perfect for authentic cabin moments without disturbances. Ski slopes only 100 meters away provide access to Blåenga and Vestmarka in the winter, while the summer offers great hiking trails and good fishing opportunities in nearby waters. Enjoy the silence, starry sky, and magical sunsets in the cabin.

House / cottage in Höljes

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. Here you live without neighbors and you have a magical view of Klarälven and the forest. The house has a separate kitchen and living room as well as two bedrooms. The house is located about three km from Höljes where there is a grocery store. There is a short route to several ski resorts. The closest is Branäs (35 minutes), Trysil and Sälen (50 minutes). In addition to the house, there is also a small cabin with two beds that you can sleep in during the summer.

Old summer cottage that has been moved to Långberget with an extension. The house has a high cozy factor close to nature and hiking trails. In winter it is very close to ski tracks and vallabod. There are most amenities you can wish for. There is no WiFi in the cottage but a good selection on the TV. Electric car charging is available at the hotel. You bring your own sheets and towels and consumables. You clean up after yourself and leave the cottage in the condition it was in when you arrived. Welcome
