Even nicer in person than the listing! Super clean, host is very responsive, really close to all local businesses you could possibly need. Neighborhood is quiet and private and feels very safe. Our pups loved the fenced patio area! We’d absolutely stay here again!

Lovely place in a great location, walkable to the ocean and main street restaurants. We felt very welcomed, she even left some toys for our dog which was very sweet. Proactive communication as well. Overall I would recommend Ashley's place and would stay there again.

This is a lovely, bright and spotless apartment with a private entrance. It is immediately apparent the owner has made an effort to not only take care of the basic needs of the client but has also provided thoughtful amenities for their comfort as well. You will feel very comfortable. Communication was timely and all information was provided for entry. I highly recommend it.

The place is located in a peaceful area and close to a LIRR at 5 minutes, stores are very accessible as well best of all laundry mat. The only thing was morning hours if you're a light sleeper like me you'll hear the upstairs family a lot. But i didn't mind the place is very clean, and cozy. My boyfriend and I love it! and host was very responsive and friendly!

What a fantastic residential neighborhood. Easy commute to many outdoor/ leisure activities. We stayed here for a show at Jones Beach Theater. The space was perfect- very spacious and had many great amenities. Julio left us some snacks (fantastic Tate's Cookies!). Julio was very responsive with any questions that I had.

The apartment had extra towels, extra comforters, and extra sheets. There was a lovely guest book and thoughtful snacks. It was very close to places to eat and to the movie theater.

This apartment is adorable! The only drawback was that the bed is a little bit small for two people. It’s a full so that was a little tight. If I was coming back and staying by myself, I wouldn’t hesitate to come back here! Maria was very helpful throughout my entire visit and leading up to it. Highly recommend.!

Karen's place was just beautiful - comfortable, super clean, lovely decor, well-stocked kitchen and linens, serene outdoor space, and a welcoming bottle of wine and chocolates! Also flexible check-in and Karen was there to greet us warmly. We would definitely stay here again!

Had a wonderful week long stay. Apartment is very comfortable and quiet and has a fully equipped kitchen. Very comfortable bed and couch. The neighborhood is pretty and quiet. Lots of restaurants and grocery stores within a very short drive. Basar is so kind and helpful—just a lovely host. Would definitely stay again. Thanks Basar!

Super clean and cute. Upgrades galore. From the bathroom sink to the shower design it was really pretty. Easily temperature controlled and I felt safe in the location too. Private yard space was perfect and walking distance to mamas delicious food. Definitely recommend for a couple or one traveler. Felt like home away from home for a few days.

Patrick's place was perfect for us. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed, and it was spacious. It was nice and quiet - just the occasional car going by outside. The backyard looked pretty but as it was cold and rainy when we were there, we didn't have the opportunity to enjoy it. We'll be back!

This spot was a great find! Very clean and plenty of space for the two of us. I appreciated that there was a large fridge and microwave, the water pressure was great and the bed was comfy! Definitely recommend!

This was a great place to stay during a business trip to Suffolk County, Long Island. It was comfortable and quiet. I was very pleased with the entire experience.

Stayed here for my son’s baseball tournament for MDW. Pretty comfortable, decent sized space. The king bed and the pullout couch came in clutch for the kids. I read reviews about hearing people walking upstairs, it wasn’t that bad. You are staying under someone and you are bound to hear footsteps, didn’t hear any voices or anything else, needless to say the footsteps did not bother us. My only small concern was the leak in the shower head. I ended up tying it with a small towel so it wouldn’t leak. Other than that pretty comfortable and responsive host.

Great spot in a quiet area in Cherry Grove. Has everything you need for a great visit. Easy to get in. Clear instructions. Great value. Gina was very helpful and very responsive.

Upon arriving we were taken with the location, beautiful and ample plantings and attention to detail like a bottle of wine and a variety of snacks to welcome us. The hosts were gracious, warm, gave us privacy, and great tips on where to eat. Cowfish in Hampton Bays is not to be missed. A large and private hot tub, comfortable lounges, and outdoor shower are just some of the amenities. A fire pit with water views was a great spot to unwind at night. The hosts gave us kindling and a lighter, and were very responsive with other asks and recommendations. It’s a great location with ease of access for both the North and South Fork. Would not hesitate to recommend to others.

Had a great stay. Jamie was helpful and responded quickly, and accommodated us kindly. The house is very close to the ferry, which made the trek with luggage very easy. The house is one lot from the ocean, and hot tub on the roof has a great view. The mattress was also really great, sleeping well isn’t usually in the Pines experience but it was a highlight this trip

Reynold's place is exactly what we were looking for given the itinerary my group had planned. It definitely had a taste of the residential community feel, and the property/amenities all complimented our stay and requirements. Felt very safe, peaceful and just at home -- yet a few minutes away from local deli shops and groceries. Plus Reynold keeps the place very well kept and stocked. Highly recommended for people with multiple days staying in the area. 👌

I had the best time I’ve ever had at Fire Island Pines, thanks to Alan and Ethan and their beautiful home. We loved the Poolhouse - it was incredibly comfortable, well-looked after, had beautiful amenities, and had the flexibility of being both a place to gather and a place of rest and privacy. Great kitchen and bathroom, comfortable bedroom. Alan and Ethan were welcoming, generous and charming hosts, who made us feel very special and part of the family. I can’t wait to go back!
