We really enjoyed the calm and tranquility of the place, the proximity to Verneuil-sur-Avre (very pretty town with all amenities). Our host Thierry was very good advice for the walks in the area, and very responsive to our requests.

Beautiful gem that you want to keep to yourself! We had a great Christmas at Leo's in his country house in Le Perche. Very quiet and peaceful place. The house is very complete, clean, and has everything you need. We'll go back for sure!

Well-appointed and very well-equipped house. I would absolutely recommend it and even plan to return at another time of year to enjoy the surrounding hikes and large garden.
