Beautiful clean apartment. The view was amazing. Quiet neighbors. Bed was very firm innerspring mattress. Pillows were awesome and the extra blanket in the closet was nice. Towels were fluffy and huge. Price was on par with neighboring hotels.

Sylvia’s home was beautiful, very clean and stocked with everything we could have possibly needed!

Irina's condo was perfect for our girl's trip. Kitchen was well equipped, we cooked most of our meals there. Screen porch was a great place to eat dinner or spend an afternoon reading. The beach was a short walk and there were towels and beach supplies provided. Parking was easy. Lots to do close by!

Very clean and well equipped condo on the 10th floor overlooking the gulf and bay.l From our lanai we watched dolphins, ospreys and one morning a bald eagle diving for fish. Scott was a great host and responded to any questions we had within minutes. The property has a nice private beach, pool and 4 weber gas grills. Flippers restaurant is only steps away. The only issue is that the new bridge onto Ft.Myers Beach is under construction so at times there is construction noise and access to the beach south of the bridge is blocked. This was not a big issue for us and overall we had a very enjoyable week.

Anne and Shane have created something truly amazing! I haven’t slept that good in years! My husband and I actually meant to see what mattress they used because it was COMFY. I even went so far as to try and amazing the linens because they were just that good. It was the perfect amount I space for us and our long weekend. We spent our weekend at sanibel and even managed to bring home a massive conch shell. We’ve decided that if Anne and Shane will have us, we want to come back year after year. Everything was perfect- the kitchen was stocked with what we needed to cook, the bathroom was absolutely stunning with a roomy shower, and they even provided all sorts of extras for any activity you may what to do(bikes, kayaks, paddle boards, beach chairs and an umbrella which we room full advantage of). 10/10 experience! If you’re on the fence, don’t be! Best decision ever!

We enjoyed our stay in St. James city. The peaceful surroundings were just what we hoped. Deanna sent us a list of live music in the area so when were done biking or hiking we had a selection of relaxed places to eat and listen to music. After hiking Randall Research Center or our boat ride to Cayo Costa state park, we bought some fresh fish, grilled it back at the place, then ate it next to the canal - very "Florida" in our minds. Deanna was always friendly and helpful, we felt so welcome.

Thank you for being such a wonderful host, I will definitely book again being I be out here a lot! I felt so peaceful and at home! Thank you again!

Chris was hands down the most responsive and proactive host ever. House was clean and the amenities and house matched the photos. Fishing was good. Nearby restaurants were good. We will definitely be back.

Kevins house was nothing short of amazing and as others have stated, the photos don't it justice. We loved the outdoor space and the pool was bigger than appeared in photos. The inside of the house was very open and we were able to feel "at home". Kevin was very responsive before and during, although we didn't have any issues during our stay, but we did have to call him upon our arrival as we went to the wrong address (our fault!). It is in an "up and coming area" of Cape Coral, but it is a very quiet and nice area, and Publix is right down the road. Even Target, Aldis, and a farmers market store is within 10 minutes. We decided to drive to Naples area beaches, as we prefer those, and it was an hour drive, which we didn't mind. Lots of restaurants within 10-25 minutes. Only my husband and I stayed, but it would be great with the kids or other couples, and would definitely love to stay in this house in the future.

We stayed at this beautiful home with our toddler and another family with two small kids, and the experience was AMAZING! The house was spacious, clean, and perfectly set up for a relaxing family vacation. The highlight for all of us was definitely the private pool and back patio area, beautifully maintained & comfortable. The home was thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed, from kitchen essentials to pool toys for the kids. Michelle was also very responsive and helpful anytime we had a question. We can’t recommend this place enough, it’s perfect for families and groups looking for a fun, relaxing getaway. We would absolutely love to stay here again in the future!

This home is absolutely gorgeous. The pool was amazing and it was so quiet and peaceful. The canal in the back is perfect for fishing. We caught a few catfish. The home was very clean and had literally everything you could need. There were even pool toys, a small life jacket, and board games for my kids to play with. The kitchen even had kids dishes and silverware. Also, for those rainy days, they had all the apps right there on the TV, ready to go. My kids were able to watch whatever they wanted. This place had absolutely everything we needed for our stay. I also saw some wildlife while at the house which I thought was so cool. We saw some crabs, a couple lizards, a couple sting rays, some fish, some frogs, ducks and a snake right out by the dock. Would definitely stay at this house again. My family had an absolutely amazing time.

Carina was an amazing host and communicated well! Her place is located in the perfect spot on the water: not too far from restaurants, grocery store, etc. We would enjoy staying here again!

I highly recommend Linda's place. It was clean, quiet and just like the pictures. Kitchen was fully stocked, and had many personal touches that made it feel like we were right at home. The highlight of my trip was seeing dolphins in the canal. They put on quite a show.

We had a very relaxing week. Everything was as described. Very responsive host to any questions we had.

I came to town to sail, and I could see the sailboat right out the window. Perfect spot for me! Amy's condo had everything I needed and I felt right at home. It was very clean, cute, and cozy. Thank you, Amy!

Lisa's place was exactly as described—clean and convenient. It was 5 minutes to Ft. Myers and 15 minutes to Sanibel. Unfortunately, I didn't have time to enjoy the pool, but it couldn't have been in a better spot (directly in front of the condo), and Lisa had plenty of pool and beach toys available. Great stay! If I make it down there again, I would definitely stay at Lisa's place.

They went above and beyond by providing complimentary beach chairs and an umbrella, and even shared dining recommendations that truly exceeded our expectations. We’ll absolutely be making this our go-to spot every time we visit Captiva. Highly recommend

We have stayed at the Estero Beach and Tennis before and this unit is the best yet!! I am super picky on cleanliness and it was very clean! The unit had some high end touches along with furniture and decor being very tasteful. The bed was really comfortable, shower nice, outdoor chairs perfect and the towels were amazing. It’s all those little touches that made our stay pleasant, comfortable, and relaxing. We plan on booking again in the future. ☀️

We had an incredible week at this beautiful Ft. Myers Beach condo! From the moment we booked, Caihlin was warm, responsive, and extremely thoughtful—providing clear check-in instructions, local tips, and even a care package that made us feel right at home. The location was unbeatable. Mornings spent sipping coffee on the deck while watching dolphins glide by felt like a dream. The beach, just steps away, was private and peaceful—a perfect escape from the crowds. We tried several of the recommended restaurants and weren’t disappointed once. It’s clear Caihlin truly knows and loves this area. We left feeling refreshed, grateful, and already plotting our return. Highly recommend this stay to anyone looking for a little slice of paradise!

Katlyn was a great host and the condo was perfect for our family vacation. We love Sanibel and the location near the lighthouse is the best you can ask for on the island. The unit was well equipped for our family and the extra beach chairs and umbrella were much appreciated. We’ll definitely be back to Sanibel for years to come and will look to book here again.

Condo was very nice, clean, and updated. It had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable! We were a little bummed that the balcony didn’t face the water, it faces the parking lot but we still were able to see from the side. The beach was great, private and we saw a lot of manatees and dolphins very close up. The bridge that is being built was interesting to watch and once completed, the views will be even better! Definitely a cute little place to stay! Owners were great and very responsive! Overall, it was a very fun 2 weeks!!
