Immenstadt is located in the heart of the Allgäu in the middle of the Allgäu Alps in the Alpsee-Grünten holiday region. The apartment is close to the center and is the ideal starting point for mountain, ski and swimming excursions. The Kleinwalsertal in Austria is about 30 minutes away by car.

The bakery and grocery store, bus stop, restaurants and playground are just a few steps away, and the "Hörnerbahn" cable car, ski lifts and cross-country ski trails are also within walking distance. The beautifully cut, comfortably furnished apartment has two bedrooms, a toilet separate from the bathroom and a balcony. The apartment includes an underground parking space.

The 50sqm apartment was put together with a lot of love to detail. The main living area has a fully equiped kitchen, a dinning area and a sleeper sofa. The bedroom and bath are seperate from the living area. Outside there is a terrace with a view on to the mountains. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood, approximately 10 minutes walking distance to the village, 3 minutes to the ski-jumping stadium and 7 minutes to the Nebelhorn Ski Lift. There is enough space for skis, bikes, etc.

The summer guest card includes a mountain railway ticket for all mountain railways in the valley. Nebelhorn and Söllereck cable cars included.

We, Barbara and Martin, would like to welcome you to our beautiful, high-quality renovated apartment on the edge of the Wildenbach. Beautiful mountain and ski tours open up directly from the house. In the summer months of May to November, the mountain railway ticket is included free of charge with every overnight stay. In winter, the Wildental ski lift is only 200 meters away. In the immediate vicinity of the house, the bus stops. You can use it for free with the guest card.
