Artist Studio apartment in historic palazzo

Welcome to one of four apartments at the recently restored 18 century Palazzo Galli. With vaulted ceilings throughout, and the walls adorned with original artwork, the apartment is part of an artist repopulation initiative known as "The Fontecchio International Airport", launched in 2020 by American artist Todd Thomas Brown. The house among olive trees

A cottage made up of stone and timber built on two storeys, with a large living room, glass window, a couch for two people and a bathroom with sauna; on the second storey there is a double bedroom. Outdoors, there is a large garden with a porch equipped with BBQ and a wooden table. The site is located on the pleasant hills between Bellegra and Olevano Romano. We have currently added two beds, set up in a wonderful Indian teepe available for two extra guests in addition to the four ones.

The Casa della Bifora is part of a small hotel spread over several locations (La Torre del Cornone). You will find us in the historic center of the village of Fontecchio (AQ), just a 5-minute walk from the main square of the village. Fontecchio is a medieval village, located in the heart of the Sirente Velino Park. This typical complex of ancient buildings is located in the southern corner of the town walls, with spectacular views of the green and quiet valley of the Aterno River.

Iu Ruschiu

Detached house, close to the center of the village of Capestrano, located in the Gran Sasso and Monti della Lega National Park. The house can be used all year round because it is equipped with every comfort and can be used by couples, families or groups thanks to its large spaces. The location is strategic for visiting both the mountains and the sea, with an equal distance in both cases. There is also a small outdoor patio that can also be used for a pleasant aperitif outdoors.

Located in the historic center of the small village of San Lorenzo di Beffi, on the hills of the Aterno Valley, the house is immersed in the nature of one of the most beautiful regional parks in Italy, that of the Sirente Velino mountains.

Rock house

It is a small gem located on the scenic Caporciano road. Partly dug into the rock, it offers views and suggestions that are hard to find. It has two gardens, one outside and one inside in which there is a barbecue. The ground floor consists of a kitchen with a fireplace, a pellet stove and a living room dug into the cave, cool in summer. On the first floor, the sleeping area consists of a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a bathroom with a bathtub and washing machine.

Glamping Abruzzo - The Yurt

This luxurious yurt, with its own private hot-tub and fire-pit, is set in a peaceful olive grove, with sweeping views to the Majella mountain. Part of an organic olive farm, thirty minutes from Pescara Airport. Magnificent National Parks are nearby and the local restaurants are excellent too. Regretably, we are unable to accomodate pets, or chilldren under the age of 12 and alterations to your reservation are only accomodated prior to seven days in advance.

"O blessed solitude, or only bliss" Immersed in the tranquility of nature and a few meters from the Annorsi Fountain and its precious spring water, the "Gran Sasso Refuge" was a stable for sheep. After years of abandonment, converted to residential and accommodation use, it found a second life thanks to a wise renovation that, while respecting the context, made use of the latest technologies such as the floor heating system or the ventilated roof structure
