Fantastic location for nature lovers in the Unesco heritage site of the Tramuntana mountains! We're on one of the main cycling routes to Sa Calobra as well as the gentler cycleways to Pollenca and Alaro. There are many famous hiking trails in the vicinity too with stunning views across the island. We're located in a lovely, friendly village with local shops and four wonderful restaurants. There are many stunning beaches to choose from, from just 30 minutes to the east of the villa.

The villa is located on the edge of the s’ Albufereta Nature Reserve, a jewel of nature for its landscape and ornithological and botanical values. Consists of 4 bedrooms spread over ground floor and first floor, 3 bathrooms, hallway,living room,kitchen,laundry plus garden terrace with pool. It's advisable to have a vehicle. The pool is closed,making the garden a safe area for children. Located a few kilometers from the villages of Alcudia and Pollença,as well as its beaches.

Casa tradicional. "Son Ramon"

This house is a project that began in 2005 and was completed in 2018. It was carried out in several periods but is now a project that has come to fruition. I am in love with Balearic architecture and this house is a sample of the traditional Mallorcan peasant house. It is decorated with antique furniture acquired in second-hand markets and some from my family. It is a house with lots of light, cozy where one feels well-being and peace in the middle of nature.

You can relax, enjoy togetherness, sun yourself and read in peace, or fan out in all directions to explore the island. Palma and the nearest sea access are approx. 30 minutes away by car. But you will actually not want to leave NIU at all, because it is so cozy.

Our Clavells apartment is located on the second sea line, just 100 meters from the beach. It has a very large terrace with partial sea and beach views, which make this apartment unique. The Clavells apartment is fully renovated with parquet floors, fully furnished and equipped for your enjoyment and that of your family. Our apartment is located on the second floor of the 'Clavells' building. We do not have an elevator.
