The building is set in the historic center of Tempio, "City of Stone", Heart of Gallura. The house is located on the first floor, above my "Studio of Arts and Crafts". It is the result of careful restoration work and very close to all the city's amenities. The entrance is very private, from an entrance hall with a large staircase you access the apartment, consisting of two large rooms, kitchen/living room and living room/bedroom, corridor and bathroom. Tiny house situated in Porto Pollo “ paradise of kite and windsurf”. It’s is a studio full equipped. Perfect for couple or small family, there is a queen bed and a sofa bed. From the covered patio you can watch a bay and a valley. The kitchen is full equipped ( microwave, coffee machine and boiler). A second shower is situated in the patio. Wi-Fi, tv, washing machine, air conditioner are even included. Moreover there is a private parking. It is 5 km far away to Palau and 35 km from Olbia.
