Villa Maralunga is an exclusive detached villa located right above one of the most prestigious coves of the Gulf of Poets. Surrounded by private gates, Villa Maralunga offers complete privacy and a fabulous view to enjoy total relaxation, perhaps during an aperitif on the terrace or by the small swimming pool. Guests will have access to the unheated pool from June 1 to September 30 (indicative dates because they are conditioned by the weather situation of the current season)

Villa Madonna is a property built in the late 19th century. Its name comes from the fresco you'll see above the front door. Here you will be surrounded by nature, surrounded by peace. You can listen to the sound of cicadas or birds, watch the sun rise from behind the mountain at dawn or relax and watch the stars. You will not hear voices of neighbors, noise of cars, you can enjoy the relaxation of the countryside, while remaining close to the sea and wonderful hiking.

The house overlooks the Gulf of Tigullio where it enjoys an exceptional sea view, in the quiet of the Ligurian hills, while being a short walk from the sea. It has a garage where the elevator starts, which reaches the first floor where the kitchen, living room, dining room, terrace, and Jacuzzi are located. BBQ, hallway bathroom, and the second floor with three bedrooms and their private bathrooms, plus attic bedroom with bathroom.

VILLA GIOMA - Completely renovated country house

Charming rustic located on top of a private hill, complete remodeled in 2023 with private infinity pool surrounded by nature. The farmhouse has comfortable outdoor spaces where you can eat and relax in front of a breathtaking view. The whole house is equipped with air conditioning and each bedroom has a private bathroom. We charge an additional cost of 30€ per day for utilities to be paid at check in.

The apartment overlooks a large terrace facing the sea and is furnished with 19th-century furniture and vintage maps. In its entrance, a large Buddha looks out over the garden where orchids and azaleas bloom under centuries-old trees. The beach is about a 7-minute walk away
