Beachfront holiday rentals in Bonita Springs

We had a wonderful stay at Derek’s place. Quite frankly, it is the perfect Airbnb. It is a beautiful house in a beautiful neighborhood in beautiful condition. Everything worked perfectly, and Derek was always available within information to assist us with anything we needed. I look forward to the time where I can stay here again.

Aaron was a terrific host, he responded in a timely manner and sent friendly reminders throughout our stay. The house was beautiful, it had everything we needed and is very close to the beach. Both of the outdoor spaces had comfortable seating. There was a wagon to put the beach chairs and beach toys and coolers in. The beach chairs were great-they have straps like a backpack so that you could "wear" them if you didn't want to take the wagon, they have an attached pillow that can be flipped over the back when not in use, 2 zipper compartments on the back and 2 mesh pockets on the side. We definitely recommend staying at Aaron's Place in FMB! :)

I absolutely loved my stay at Ana’s! The waterfront view from the living room was stunning — such a peaceful spot to relax. The space was beautifully and tastefully decorated, and Ana really went above and beyond with all the thoughtful extras she provided. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, with high-quality bedding that made it so relaxing. The location was perfect too — just a short walk to the beach. This was one of my favorite Airbnb stays, and I would definitely come back again.

Maria is so hospitable! This is an excellent place for fishermen bringing their boats. Trailer parking and a ramp are super convenient. The dock is just outside the back door. Maria helped my husband and son in law get settled and left lots of thoughtful goodies. Super clean and thoughtfully furnished. Highly recommend this place for its bay fishing location and excellent price. You get lots for your money here!

We felt right at home from the moment we arrived. Loved the updated furniture, kitchen and spacious layout. Our grandkids visited and had so much fun in the pool and visiting nearby attractions. The location was perfect for our family providing both peace and convenience. Also loved seeing dolphins in the canal and the burrowing owls of course!

Andy's place was perfection for our girls weekend! We couldn't have asked for a better accommodation. Pool was amazing and the private beach an incredible added bonus. Bedrooms were perfect and very comfortable. Wifi worked great and appreciated the Netflix! Everything was perfect and Andy was awesome. Very kind and responsive throughout our stay. 10/10 would stay again! Thank you, Andy!

We only stayed 1 night, but it was a very nice and relaxing stay. Bed was very comfortable, however we did bring our own pillows. The pool and hot tub were relaxing as well. The gazebo shown on the picture does not exist, but that is okay as we stay under the covered area outside. Our puppy loved how much room he had to run in the backyard. We did have to fix the gate ourselves as it would not close properly and we didn’t want your puppy escaping. All in all it was an amazing nice stay and super relaxing! Literally steps from Vanderbilt Beach and Delmore Wiggins State Park. The studio condo was clean and just as described here n the listing. David is a responsive host. I'm from out of state and decided not to rent a car. Just be advised that you'll need to use Ubers to get to shopping and restaurants a couple miles away. Wonderful first visit to Naples.

Wow! What a house! It’s just breath taking, and looks exactly like the photos (actually it was more spacious than the impression I got from the photos). Spending an evening lounging between the pool and the hot tub, watching the sunset with music softly floating in the air; it is everything I never knew I needed. For future renters - Kitchen was very well appointed and had everything we needed, our master bathroom was luxurious, and the outdoor kitchen (with pool-adjacent fridge) was an unexpectedly convenient feature. The house has a built in SONOS system so you don’t need to bring a speaker unless you’re going to the beach. There’s heaps of pool toys and beach stuff in the garage, and plenty of pool towels. The neighborhood was friendly and peaceful, and it was an easy drive to stores and food. It was an absolute pleasure to stay here, and we will definitely stay again. Thanks!

We had a wonderful stay! We came to Florida for our anniversary and were happy to find Kevin's place. The Condo was beautiful and supplied with everything we needed. It was very quiet and private. We enjoyed the view of the Gulf from the balcony. The pool area was very clean and not crowded. Flippers Restaurant had exceptional food every time. We would definitely stay here again! Highly recommended.

The house was incredible! It was perfect for our Girls trip. The pool was spotless, and the house exceeded our expectations ! It felt luxurious, but also relaxing and comfortable. We were able to cook great meals, grill outside, and sleep soundly. This place had everything we needed. We had one equipment issue, but Kenia was on top of it and sent a maintenance person and it was resolved within an hour ! We highly recommend this home for a beautiful, comfortable, fun place to stay.

Where can I start? Just saying I will be back and back and back. LOVED the house how neat and comfortable! Everything we needed for our stay! Excellent communication! And over the TOP TOP the view and closeness to the ocean! Every morning my husband and I had our coffee walking just a few steps and just sitting and watching the ocean. We missed coming to Captiva after the hurricane. So much has been done in the island that we were so happy to be back and seeing all the hard work of everyone. This condo was in a great location. Right on the beach and close to the pool. Close to Bailey’s and restaurants. Very clean and nicely decorated. Great communication with the owner while making reservations, during our stay and after checking out. I will definitely be back.

It was a great quiet getaway for my friends and I. It is a little bit of a quiet town, but that was perfect for us! If you are looking for a simple, peaceful beach getaway then this is the place for you.

Katlyn was a great host and the condo was perfect for our family vacation. We love Sanibel and the location near the lighthouse is the best you can ask for on the island. The unit was well equipped for our family and the extra beach chairs and umbrella were much appreciated. We’ll definitely be back to Sanibel for years to come and will look to book here again.

Chris and Iveta’s place was everything we could have hoped for.. it was extremely clean and the location was perfect. We brought our boat over and were able to leave it in the water right behind the house so we didn’t have to fight the traffic at the boat ramp. The house was beautiful, the bed was extremely comfortable, we literally had everything we needed with no stress. The restaurants are wonderful and are very close to the house, or the house has a beautiful kitchen and a grill outside. I have stayed in Captivia in the past but I will definitely be coming back to stay here next time. If you are looking for a peaceful retreat in a beautiful home on the water I highly recommend staying here.
