Holiday rentals with beach access in Bonita Springs

We had a wonderful stay for the week at FMB!

After a bad Airbnb host at 325 Mango in FMB (Rosanna Reilly, realtor) the host Im reviewing,Valerie (on Estero) got me in when I called her last minute crying over a youth hostel that wasn't advertised as such.. Rosanna allowed a bunch of cussing/drinking..??? boys to rent above me for my 53rd birthday that my girlfriend from NYC and myself from Cleveland, Ohio were flying in to rent.??!! Airbnb and Rosanna would not allow me out of the frightening rental and contract. Valerie called me at 8:15pm and got me in her place 5 minutes later. I was sobbing because it was my birthday and my nephew had died 2 years earlier at 31 on my birthday. My friend and I were memorializing his memory. We don't drink..We just wanted peace and quiet. Valerie's place was stunning! She did lock off 2 of the 3 bedrooms because she knew what we needed and it's her property..understood...RESPECT! 😊 My friend Linh and I love Valerie. If she ever needs a place in Ohio..she is welcome anytime!!! All the Best! -d

Great location for a family friendly vacation - just minutes from the beach and restaurants. Extremely clean and felt right at home. The hosts were very communicative and helped accommodate a specific ask. Overall a great experience!

Very clean and well equipped condo on the 10th floor overlooking the gulf and bay.l From our lanai we watched dolphins, ospreys and one morning a bald eagle diving for fish. Scott was a great host and responded to any questions we had within minutes. The property has a nice private beach, pool and 4 weber gas grills. Flippers restaurant is only steps away. The only issue is that the new bridge onto Ft.Myers Beach is under construction so at times there is construction noise and access to the beach south of the bridge is blocked. This was not a big issue for us and overall we had a very enjoyable week.

This little beach house was super cute and clean! We had no issues at all and we had a great stay. We’d definitely come back!

Charming 1 bedroom with a pool. Allows pets and my dog loved it! Very clean and private and perfect location to beach and lots of restaurants and activities. Updated bathroom is amazing; studio kitchen has everything you need. Wifi works great and smart tv was easy to use! They even brought in a monitor so I could work remote easily. Would definitely rent there again!

Lots of space, lots of sleeping areas, fully stocked, so many towels! We enjoyed our stay so much. Thank you!

Great place to stay if you’re looking for easy access to the beach. Hailey had chairs and umbrellas for us to use which allowed us to spend most of our days relaxing on the beach. The only negative about Bonita is how small it is. We unfortunately didn’t have a car so getting to restaurants was an expensive uber (not hosts fault), highly recommend having a way to get around. Overall a great place to stay!

My wife and kids along with our dog stayed at Daniel’s place in Bonita Springs. I had a conference at the Hyatt Regency during our stay so this spot worked out perfect. I was able to walk to the hotel in the morning and lots of restaurants were within drivable distances. The house was beautiful and the kids loved the pool and having their own room. Daniel was responsive and was a great host.

I definitely will come back again. I frequently travel to the Fort Myers area for work and this place was exactly what I needed after a long day. The pool was my favorite place. 15 minutes ride to the beach. Totally recommend

We had a great 5 week stay at Alejandro’s home! He was a wonderful host, very responsive, friendly and easy to communicate with. The house was spacious and very clean. The tile work throughout the house was beautiful. The pool area was great and loved that it had sun all day long! The neighborhood was quiet both during the day and in the evenings. We were very pleased with the location, as it was close to many shopping venues, restaurants and beaches in both Naples and Bonita Springs. We would definitely stay at this home again!

We had such a beautiful week at Erin’s Bonita Springs house! The house was easy to find (great location!), extremely clean, and had all the amenities/extras we needed. We are a family of 6 and had plenty of space- the layout and flow of the home is thoughtfully done, especially for families. The beds are very comfortable and each bedroom has blackout blinds/shutters. All of the rooms have easy to operate tvs too. The pool and canal front is where we spent most of our time - great spot for fishing! Erin was very responsive and helpful with anything we needed! Highly recommend!

My family had an excellent stay at this location. The neighborhood was and with a beautiful canal view.

We really enjoyed our time here. Beautiful space and decorated nicely. The grill and pool/hot tub was our favorite part!

Everything was as expected, especially concerning construction. The grounds were still greatly in disrepair, but that didn’t bother us. The location to the beach was outstanding, which was the main feature we were looking for. As we don’t rent a car, we had to Uber everywhere we wanted to go. The only walkable restaurants were Doc’s (across the street 👍) and Coconut Jack’s. It was okay. The condo was fully furnished with everything we could possibly need, save for a beach cart which would have been nice. We especially enjoyed the lanai; it has a wonderful view. Communication was excellent and very responsive.

Caihlin was a fantastic host. Very responsive to our questions/concerns. The place was just as beautiful as the pictures showed and we enjoyed everything about it. There were plenty of beach items to use, so we didn't need to purchase anything to enjoy the beach. There were plenty of games to play, books to read and even a drawer full of extra batteries for the TV remote if needed. We even had access to their 2 bikes and took an enjoyable morning bike ride into Fort Myers beach. You will not be disappointed at all with your stay.

Maria's place was great. literally across the street from Bonita beach, 5 min walk door to beach. 2 pools in the complex also. Would definitely stay here again, in a heart beat. it was clean, with bathroom toiletries. a great stock of kitchen supplies and kitchen staples.

Condo was very nice, clean, and updated. It had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable! We were a little bummed that the balcony didn’t face the water, it faces the parking lot but we still were able to see from the side. The beach was great, private and we saw a lot of manatees and dolphins very close up. The bridge that is being built was interesting to watch and once completed, the views will be even better! Definitely a cute little place to stay! Owners were great and very responsive! Overall, it was a very fun 2 weeks!!

Where do I begin? We had an amazing week & Rose’s place & recommendations exceeded all of our expectations. The condo is a hidden gem. We loved its proximity to the beach, restaurants, & nearby beautiful neighborhoods with walking trails. Rose was very responsive & helpful. Will definitely stay here again & highly recommend it! I loved this place!! We had a really great family time. The property was very nice and clean which was super important to me because I went with my 5 months old baby. The host was super nice and gave me all the instructions that I needed before the check-in. I would highly recommend this place!!!!!

Great proximity to Fifth Avenue and Mercato as well as the beach. Was great having a fun restaurant inside at the pool. Good space for two people. Lots of closet space. Host was very responsive and helpful.
