Lake Geneva, its charming villages are 20 minutes by car and the first ski slopes 30 minutes. Beautiful walks in the countryside from the house.

L’appartement se situe à Machilly, au centre du village, la gare est à 200m, elle dessert Genève, Annecy, Thonon les Bains etc… Pour les plus sportifs, les déplacements peuvent se faire à vélo que ce soit pour rejoindre le lac Léman ou les villes voisines, dans ce cas nous serons ravis de vous conseiller.

Nichée en fond d'impasse, dans un quartier résidentiel et rural, elle bénéficie d'un environnement très calme. Situé à Loisin en France, une voiture est indispensable pour venir jusqu'au logement, et rayonner dans la région. NB: Pas de TV, chauffage limité à 21°C., et trampoline HS pour 2026.
